Gorgeous house with a lovely and peaceful garden. Pablo and Celia are doing everything to make you feel at home. We'll definitely come back longer!

The property and gardens are absolutely beautiful. It is so close to the old town and yet really peaceful. The house is beautifully maintained and the rooms are spacious, clean, well laid out and we really appreciated the private terrace looking out over the gardens. Pablo and Celia gave us such a warm welcome and were so helpful and lovely. They really are at the top of our list of reasons why we loved our stay so much. The property provides large private space to guests and also the freedom to use the communal spaces and gardens as you wish, making the stay relaxing.

The setting of the traditional country house surrounded by olive groves and beautifully maintained gardens. However only a 5min drive to the main town and 10 mins to the beach.Combine this with wonderful welcoming staff and you have the recipe for a guaranteed memorable experience.

There was absolutely nothing negative to report.

A very authentic place, sorrounded by orange trees.We stayed here 2 nights before entering our new home in Oliva, and couldn’t have wished for a better start of our life here! We were received so welcoming and it felt like home for two days. We will miss it! The beds are very comfortable. And the breakfast very nice, we loved it.

There was nothing to not like

Lovely place , lovely people , made you feel like part of the family .. left expensive ring there they found it and payed to return it overseas themselves. Would definitely stay again .

Beautiful old house with lovely historic family touches - photographs, books, furniture. All set in splendid grounds, with a nice pool though a touch cold for a swim at this time of year! (Nov)The breakfast offering with eggs cooked to order was perfect.Being able to use kitchen/fridge for drinks and to heat a 'ready meal' was brilliant for me as a solo traveller in the winter.

Exceptional. Lovely house, every facility we wanted and more. The beds were superbly comfortable, the shower was hot and strong, the breakfast was so plentiful and fresh it was a delight. To be able to use the kitchen was an unexpected and great addition. We were able to eat in if we wanted. It's a very old house but it is maintained to the highest standard and spotlessly clean. The staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. Definitely a place to stay again.

There was absolutely nothing we did not like. Everything was exceptional.

Absolutely beautiful property which was well maintained and was in a quiet rural location. The view from my room was stunning and everyone made me feel very welcome. I even got a lift back to Gandia train station. Pablo was so friendly and helpful. I can only highly recommend this place and will definitely like to visit again.

As I had no personal transportation it was a bit of a far walk to the town centre and definitely to the beach. The public transport in the town is not very good so you will definitely need a car if you like your comfort.

The house and pool were beautiful and all of the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was lovely too!

Everything. Very good style, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, ecological environment.

To wi-fi you needed connect every time before your browsing session.

Wonderful breakfasts with produce from the surrounding gardens. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff who even did our clothes washing for us! Good recommendations of the things to do and places to eat in the area. Use of shared fridge and kitchen. Shaded secure parking. Lovely pool that was cool and shaded in the afternoons. Great local beaches. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The property itself was wonderful! My room was a suite, and couldn’t be any better. The room was very big, nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast was great!! Fresh products and a healthy breakfast, +++ fresh pressed orange juice. What was even better than all the above was the people working there. They were sooooo nice and kind - you could literally ask for anything. I would recommend the place so much!!

The room was great but the beds were a touch too hard for me. Next to that, the room was a little noisy.

I should have checked the room - we took pinada which is on the groundfloor and facing the reception. Impossible de sleep in the morning or have a nap without earplugs as you can hear everything. Apparently other rooms are incredible so I would recommend people to avoid taking the pinada one.

Like an oasis in an industrial area of town . Quiet ,lots of shade , nice pool and with only six rooms,never busy . Excellent cooked breakfast on offer and own fridge space for drinks and snacks.Lovely staff

Due to age of property and general design you could hear everything around you

The staff were very friendly and helpful and very welcoming on arrival.The breakfast choices were excellent - something to suit everyone.There was an honesty bar which was a nice touch if you hadn't been to the shops. There were also cooking facilities and fridge space so that you were able to cater for light lunches/suppers.

Fortunately we booked a non-pet room but this should be checked in advance if allergies etc. There appeared to be a lot of guests with dogs, which would not be our preference due to allergies, but would suit many.

The location to nearby sites was great.The personnel, amenities and services (pool).

Our room, the Pinada could use and upgrade on the mattress.

This is wonderful rural hotel, set in the town of Oliva. The breakfast is fantastic. All the staff friendly and helpful. We loved it so much that booked in again and we will every year.
