Pros +
- The room was fine nice view of the sea. Shower was cold.
- Friendly reception,easy parking,comfortable beds.
- We like it. Location, staff
Cons -
- The cue for food in the evening was ridiculous. The breakfast in the morning was poor. Ok if you like bread and the twisty thing you dip in chocolate
- Crazy neighbors.
- Very noisy, from 9am to 11pm all day one woman is doing some activities at the swimming pool and terasa interior shouting and music loud. If you have the non chance to get a room on this side, then you can't rest at all.If you are on the other side, then you get all the heat over the mid day and afternoon sun ,and with their ac old equipment, you are again the non winner. So never come back here.good that I cancelled the other one.

The Beach was stunning. The Food at Hotel very good, a lot of variety. The swimming pool very poor. Far too small for a hotel with 9 floors. Animation lady only spoke in Spanish which was another failing.
The swimming pool. Far to small and not enough sun loungersThe rooms are very dated, the bath stained. They need to be refurbished. Lack of cutlery and plates. Photos on line are very deceiving and project a false impression.
Lovely hotel in superb location, 5 mins from beach & opposite bus into harbour/town/station Staff all amazing. Good at breakfast was great, good choices. Only downside was the huge numbers of school age children in large groups through the week & at the wkend, are the noise levels of way over the top in the main foyer & restaurant. It was ok, but we’d have preferred to have been warned about that.
The noise level from the multiple large groups of school age children was a bit extreme. They weren’t supervised the best at times.
Big hotel free parking for the motorcycle, great view.. comfortable clean rooms but slightly dated.Excellent breakfast.
Value for money
Noisy especially from fellow guests. School groups and adult association.
Very clean. Everyday cleaning. And everyday make bed. Good food especially in the evening.
Nobody speaks English. They charge for water during a dinner. Expensive coffee.
The view from the window was nice. The water pressure in the bathroom was amazing. Also 3 lifts is a plus, I didn't have to wait for it long time.
The food was not so good. Fish and tortilla de patatas super dry. Also there was a huge group and I was placed to eat around them. It's normal that groups are loud, having fun etc, but hotel could take better care of other guests and try to split them at least in the canteen (especially that they do have many rooms with tables). The dinner was so stressful, super loud with a lot of screaming (and that night I had to wait 30min in the line to eat).
This hotel is in good place. It's near the sea. From the balcony, you can see the sea. The food is good, too. Every day they have different dishes, especially the service in canteen is very good.
The reception staff and the man that takes your room number before you enter the dining room.
Nothing, old still rooms, blankets instead of duvets, no complementary water, no glasses in the room only paper one's. The breakfast, omg discussing, the scramble eggs like cardboard, no butter, nearly all the plates, mugs, and glasses were dirty, the staff wasn't even cleaning the table they just removed the paper tablecloth and put a new one even on crumbs and liquid. I can't have certain things I was asking them, and they replied, "If you can't have what's on here, you need to pay extra. You even had to pay 3€ to rent a fridge if it was not already in your room.
We were so lucky and had room 1020 - it had the largest roof terrace of the entire hotel!! Room very dated and basic but terrace made it worth the money.
It was a nice hotel but extremely busy at meal times and we were glad we didn’t book the meal option - guests were queuing into the lobby!
The proximity to the beach, good selection of food that was served to us.. however the only minus about the hotel - we couldn’t extend our late check out on the day of the departure even though we have asked staff for few days prior to that and we’re told the will be no problem.. but the day before our last day we were told it’s not possible due to overbooking. If we were told in time we could of booked an extra room beforehand. Just something for the staff to take on board to let customers know the actual situation and not leaving until last day and hope for the best.
A bit of consideration to different languages will be a bonus. The picture of the room and contents were different from actual room we got
Location, value, maid service, breakfast and staff friendliness
Basic room, but that's what we paid for. Queues at breakfast so we ate later.
Check in easy, room available early, good sauna - when open, pool good.
Sauna unavailable one day - disappointing. Bar area not managed very well, tables not cleared or cleaned, bar area sticky, staff went through the motions - need more customer care awareness training. While there was plenty of food, it was rather cold and the layout was confusing not ergonomic in layout of items - a lot of time spent searching for items.
Brilliant organisation at mealtimes. Ample food and good range. Fantastic location near the beach for easy access.Appreciated having my car off road in the parking area - didn't need to use the car for the duration of my stay.
Only concern was the poor sound-proofing between the rooms! I could hear the conversation in the next door room and these were not particularly noisy neighbours ... just an ordinary dialogue.Overall cleanliness was great but the grouting around the bath looked unsightly and needs replacing.
Breakfast was really nice and with a vast variaty. Mainly focused to spanish people. Loads of fruits and more.
Disgusting
Everything. Beds and pillows were terrible, we woke up invaded by ants in our beds, poor hygiene. Staff didn’t care
The location was great, close to the bus station that you can take to/from the port, city center or railway station. The hotel is close to the beach (about two blocks). Breakfast is 8.30 - 11.00 and you can go to the beach before sunrise (7.20 in August) which is the best time to go there and at about 8.30 - 9.00 go back to have breakfast. The beach is clean, and you can go running (about 3 km to the port and another 1 km to the lighthouse) - the best time before sunrise at 6.20. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool with a depth up to 2.1 m. Quite good restaurants nearby.
The elevators are not well programmed. When they are full and people call them at every floor, instead of going directly it stops at every floor. So during breakfast, lunch or dinner there are queues. The time and date in the elevators are not correct. What absolutely shocked me was when I was in a swimming pool and the staff brought an amplifier the pool's edge with the wheel of extension cable. I warned the staff that electricity cables can't be close to the water that they could kill all people in the swimming pool. But their answer was like: it is what it is. I believe that businesses like hotel must follow the electrical rules in Spain, or am I wrong? This was hazardous. Next, concerning the breakfast didn't seem with too healthy stuff. A lot of fried stuff. In Spain, I would expect jamon serrano but it was not there. Also natural juices, not that synthetic stuff. The peaches were not sweet. Sunny side up eggs were over coocked - solid inside. The fitness and sauna are only open when people go to the beach. The bed's pillow was not comfortable, and I felt my neck. The restaurants open after 20.30 and if you want paella, you have to pre-order it.
