beautiful hotel right across from the beach, free parking on the street, very nice room, great buffet breakfast, friendly staff. would definitely stay here again.

One of the elevators had trouble reading our key card, so we had to ride from floor to floor until someone called the elevator from outside.

The food menu needs to be changed everyday. Lift to rooms is a bit small and gets crowded for the many hotel patrons thus increasing waiting time.

Had some front desk issues. Nothing major but delays and not 4 star attentiveness.

The only minor comment was the walk in shower. The base was slippery and would be better with a sliding door to keep the water contained. The housekeeper provided a mat.

It was a comfortable hotel with great buffet dinner. The staff were very kind and helpful. The cleaning was done daily. They kindly updated my room to sea view for free. I was there alone however didnt feel unwelcome.

I just wish there were more in hotel activities to do as the first 2 days I arrived the weather was windy and cold and not suitable to be outdoors there was not much to do in the hotel.

Two incidenses, an alarm sounded early morning and another at 02:00.They were resolved quickly, but was disturbing.

Receptionist Rossi was super friendly, hospitable and just professional in this service. She helped us, speed answered on our questions, provided us with useful recommendations. Food at breakfast and lunch was extremely delicious. Lunch consisted of hot dishes, wide variability of meat/fish/seafoods/deserts/ice cream. Drinks at lunch are to be paid extra. Christmas atmosphere was felt via pretty decorations and photo area in lobby. Room was big, beds-comfortable. If you need kettle, you can ask at reception.

Bubbles for breakfast! Excellent choice for breakfast. Very clean. Great view from the partial sea view. Hotel smells clean throughout. We had got engaged and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of fizz and sweet treats!

Breakfast and lunch buffet were superb; view from the rooftop infinity pool was amazing; great music at poolside bar; beach directly in front of hotel.

Photos are very misleading - seems the majority of rooms haven't been renovated in a very long time, and the photos on Booking.com show only the premium suite bathrooms.
