    Pros +

    • Everything was just fine. Kids love it. Not too crowded. Very good food! Real thumbs up, if you are traveling with kids.
    • Excellent hotel overall, truly exceeded my expectations for the price. Excellent and very helpful staff, the rooms are very modern, the bathroom as well (and it has very good ventilation, which is a problem in many hotels), the beds are very comfortable and overall the room is excellent. One of the major positives is also the great quality of the food (which is why I picked the hotel, based on reviews) - the quality of the buffet is very good, especially compared to other hotels of this standard that I have been to. There is big variety, quality ingredients are used and the range available is amazing. Very happy and would come back!
    • Food was exceptional. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Beach bar was excellent.

    Cons -

    • The pool was closed at the morning. Morning swimming would have been amazing. Some of food area workers a only know spanish, but overall it worked out fine.
    • The only thing I did not like happened before my stay - when booking via Booking.com, the payment process is a nightmare and is not clearly defined at all in advance - which is a big shame because the hotel is excellent otherwise. They send you a pre-payment link on an external website to make the payment manually in two instalments, which is not clear beforehand. We had an issue with the 2nd link which did not work, I had to call customer service 3 times and they always promised they would take action, but I had to call again. On top of that, every time you text on Booking.com or call, there is an annoying automated system that you have to re-enter every time to talk to a person. It was very stressful and time consuming before my stay, and we arrived not knowing if our payment has gone through or not. The reservation system needs some substantial improvement, because this can affect the customer experience in this otherwise amazing hotel!
    • The pool, slides and jacuzzi were closed. Due to the weather this had little impact on the holiday

It was fantastic for as for us, adults, as for my son 6 yo, but unfortunately he was not speaking Spanish, and animations were almost for Spanish-speaking children.

After my stay I received an email from Booking that the hotel informed them that we didn't arrive to the hotel. It was really strange, but even before there were some problems with payment: I paid the half in advance and I had to call them few times because they didn't arrive to find my payment. The second half of amount I paid on the Reception desk and it seems to me that they didn't connect my first and second payments.

Great rooms (we had superior doubles in the back block) with good sized balconies, large beds and spacious showers. Food was very varied and good quality with something for everyone although a bit hectic at peak times. Staff were really friendly and efficient. Really liked the beach ‘club’ and spent most days there as the beach is superb and the bar staff super friendly and there was live music most days late afternoon to enjoy.

The external areas aren’t the prettiest as the slides give it a rather industrial feel, but plenty of sun beds and good facilities for young kids.

Love the different food options lots to choose from for me. The grill was superb. I appreciate the app and the offers of trying other things.

Not really a dislike more of an observation my partner who mostly eats poultry had to settle for fish which he only eats occasionally. Again no big deal he didn't starve there were vegetables.

The facilities are good and a good choice of food.

The times of the food is based on Spanish needs. This made things hard for us with a 1year old as dinner was not avilable until 8pm but this is our daughters bedtime. The noise at the hotel is unbearable. We struggled to sleep every night so much so, we left the hotel for two nights. The hotel is aimed at Spanish families so all entertainment is in Spanish and no further languages.

It was a few mins walk from the beach and the pools and slides were excellent for the children.

It needs some TLC in areas. Rust on radiators, peeling paint on ceilings in bathroom, broken decking by the pools, broken clothes airer on terrace, parking isn’t sufficient so had to park on the street and the Balinese Cabanas by the pool were often empty the whole day until the afternoon, but all sold out and so nobody else could use them. There should be a half day period payment system. The hotel is missing out too financially!

very clean and tidy the housekeeping team very friendly and the staff Gemma that checked us in was so lovely and welcoming. restaurant staff worked very hard and was very friendly. there was one guy that stood out to us but unfortunately we didn’t get his name.

not to much entertainment for adults, the food was very good but it seems to have always been the same stuff.. poor dessert menu. ice cream could be better.

The room was very clean, comfortable and big.

The food was average and repetitive. Kids club was a joke, especially for the kids who are not speaking Spanish. There was no proper engagement and everytime I stepped in there was nothing to do, only colouring and no group activities. Also the kids club is running very late from 10pm to 11.30pm.

    beds very confortável

food needs improvement plus some leisure area need also some improvements

Check in was straight forward and staff were friendly. Our room was very spacious, clean and well appointed (we opted for superior room with balcony)We also opted for All-inclusive, food was delicious, very Spanish which we loved ,churros for breakfast and lots of paella! Plenty of drink options and snacks all included. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. It's about a 20 mins drive to Gandia old town which is worth a visit too.

Sadly the pool didn't open until the day we left which we had not expected. This wasn't an issue for us, but most of the staff speak little to no English so wouldn't potentially be tricky if you don't speak Spanish. However, if you can speak some, they're very helpful at filling the gaps!

Cosy, clean, silent enough and comfortable room. The kids club was open, so many activities for the little one during the day. Good food with reasonable selection variety.

Restaurant could improved. First of all adding more staff, as there were some issues with getting restaurant cleaned and tables ready for new coming people. We found some difficulties to communicate with restaurant staff as only few of them were able to speak English.Freshly made omelets or scrambled eggs and butter for the breakfast would be highly appreciated.

We arrived late at night after a long trip and just needed somewhere quiet to relax. Outside the reception there were lots of families and kids, considering it was gone 11pm and still young kids were still up and screaming. To boot there was a Mexican party night which was supposed to finish at 12 but carried on far past with boom boom boom through to early hours causing us a horrid sleepless night as our room was right above it. After breakfast which was the same loud hecticness we made our thoughts known to reception. To be fair they did move us to another room. We could not find anywhere peaceful to just sit talk and relax in the hotel and found wr had to leave it to relax. Wr dreaded going back so we made a decision to cut our losses and book another hotel which we were so pleased with.

Everything it was noisy clostrophobic with the amount of people and stressfull..We recommend if you dont have kids and want some peace and relwx time avoid this place.

very clean / Nice staff but. heck I’m was very long-winded !

we probably should not have booked it- Totally adapted for children / no outdoor restaurant and it looked like a massive characterless canteen. loud kareoke at night that was Audiblefrom our room on the 6th floor. awful pool with tacky seating areas !

The room size was excellent and the beach bar was great - large sunbeds also great!

I would have liked more variety in the restaurant as well as food labels in english
