    Pros +

    • Very friendly staff, room and other areas were clean. Plenty of free parking at the port. Close to restaurants.
    • this is more like a hostal than a hotel. Simple is fine, but dirty, stained towels and smells are :(
    • The sheets were nice and thick, clean and crisp

    Cons -

    • No complaints
    • Rooms were not very clean, rips in pillow cases, stained towels given, marks all over walls, dust and dirt on parts of floor, electronic lock would not open most of the time on first try, needed 3-4 times to open. shower was extremely small, if you turned on the faucet in the sink, it would turn on the water in the shower as well. sewage smells from sink/toilet. others rooms had clogs/plumbing problems so you could hear the work being done on plumbing in my room as well. My brother had a room as well that had AC that was like a waterfall when on, which they "fixed" by just turning on the heat (its 90degrees in summer). They also had dirty room. Desk was kind, but generally not helpful in fixing issues or just said they'd talk to "supervisors". We both left our rooms 1 night early as we were just over it, despite it being pre-paid
    • Spanish people are very loud, the walls were very thin you could hear even the farts! :) and the water form the toilet sounded like even the dead could hear it! Other than that, lovely place.

Not for anybody ! The price for what you get is awesome!

Size of the room was great. Very comfy bed. Little balcony.

Very tiny walls. I could hear all what next door person saying or watching on TV. And parking is free around hotel but only if you can find a space. I been there in February and after 5 pm found only one place. Can not imagine what will happen there in July.

Perfect place - in the centre.Great price for one night.Nice room and clean. The air conditioning also worked to warm up for a while, which came in handy on a December evening.

When you want to close the door it does a lot of noise. It is not comfortable at night.

Stay before and reception always lovely ,last stay i was with my husband unfortunately he passed away few days later i went back quickly and they were very kind to me room was ready and nice as always.

Nothing its a good getaway place central perfect for us and now for me.

Nice staff and modest price in a charming part of Gandia ( or Gau as I think they call this part of Gandia ) , with lots of small cafės and restaurants , still not more than 500 meters from the Beach

You need to turn on ( and Off) the warm water two places, but onde you find out - it is easy .

Clean and well kept hotel and room.Never seen such a big bed before, and very comfortable with good pillows.

As this is an old building, the lift and toilet system is VERY noisy, needs sound proofing. Also a kettle would be nice, even though there is a drink vending machine in lobby,it didn’t do just hot water.

This is a great value hotel in a great location. Yes It does need some TLC but you can't go wrong with what you get for your money. Friendly & helpful staff. We are all ready booked for another 2 night break.

    Nothing it's really great.

    10ÁdámPosted on: 10-12-2024

The staff is really nice, the location is really good to go on short walks during the evening or have dinner with some sangria. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and there was a terrace to go out and have a chat. Plenty of restaurants nearby from cheaper to more expensive. Also the price is fair for the accommodation. Overall I would recommend for a short leisure trip.

The only thing that I found a bit low is the noise from other rooms, but I would say it depends on the mood of the person who visits if he finds it a problem or not.

    Location

Besides that room entrance communication is shared through WhatsApp after only communicating on booking.com and email was confusing and made me stay overnight at reception. No one was there after 9:30pm. I had flight and train details on my trip, was tired, hungry, came to hotel just before midnight and was too tired to look around for possible number to call so called one from online, no answer, WhatsApp didn't arrive until next day since travel internet changes so was stranded at hotel reception overnight. In the morning cleaner came and after asking few times finally let me in the room. This confusion was awful. We warned, after fee days receptionist pointed out at number on the room from outside a d behind reception, which I didn't see due to tiredness and it being darker at night. Moreover, paper thin walls, you hear reception talking from early ours. Cleaning needs improving. Bathroom sink water doesn't go down normal takes a long time. Aircon makes a huge noise. Beds are hard. Only positive thing was the location.

Have stayed before again very clean ,location,

Felt like the room was more for a single person bed against wall so difficult to get out of bed ,2 single towel no big towel, shower was so tiny just managed to have one but for overnight okay ,i like staying there but i now worry would get that room again .

    10NashirPosted on: 9-29-2024

Very clean and friendly staff. Location was walkable. Obviously not a high end hotel but very good for the price.

Items are a bit dated but honestly didn't bother us.

    Location, it was clean room

Furniture and room in general is old a little bit, but for such price is ok.

    8PeterPosted on: 9-9-2024

Very clean and spacious room. Wasn’t expecting a balcony, which was great.

The property isn’t well soundproofed. Could hear people talking and moving around until late and early in the morning.

Location was the only thing going for this accommodation

Poor quality, sub standard accommodation and poor customer service . Completely over inflated price for quality of accommodation.

    9CharityPosted on: 7-6-2024

The location was ideal - away from the busy beach but close enough to access. There were a lot of restaurants and mini shops nearby and near public transit. The room was bright and the outdoor space was an added bonus

The bed was too firm for my liking

    10DimitrinaPosted on: 6-17-2024

Excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, cafes. New furniture, cleanliness is at a level.

    5SonjaPosted on: 5-29-2024

The most points go to the decoration of the room, the cleanliness and the soap dispensers. Someone took great care in choosing colours, fabrics and quality products to create a cozy, sweet room. The room was very clean and the wifi worked without a hitch.

The advertisement and the pictures on the website suggest the hotel is right on the beach front. Instead, it is in a street, 10 minutes away from the beach and the rooms either look onto the street or into a very unpleasant courtyard. We arrived after 10pm and the reception desk was no longer occupied. We had not been informed of our hotel room in advance and had difficulty reaching anyone even through the emergency number. This was not a comfortable situation. One feels abandoned. It would be nice to have a fridge in the room and the size is really at the limit. We could hardly move between beds and cupboards and windows. Previous to the stay we received about 16 emails telling us to check in online, which we did of course. This amount of mail is absolute spamming and very annoying! Also, after I had checked in the whole family via one link, I was sent to a second link and had to repeat the whole process.
