Hotel San Luis

Location was absolutely prefect, my check-in/out process was a breeze! The staff here was beyond friendly and helpful! Thank you everyone.

WiFi was absolutely horrible! I couldn’t stay online; constantly going in and out. Other reviewers have stated same.

The hotel staff was very helpful and the food served for breakfast and dinner was wonderful. The hotel was very quiet and close to the beach.

Our room was in the older, slightly worn part of the hotel and was too small to comfortably accommodate four people.

After excellent communication from the hotel we arrived for a speedy check in despite it being busy.The room was small and compact but had everything we needed. When entering the bedroom it was noticeably colder than the corridor and the bathroom was even colder again. The bathroom was very badly designed and there was no room to stand in front of the toilet or sit on it properly. When trying to get to the shower you had to side step between the toilet and the sink, removing the bidet would give more space so that the bathroom is practical. It also needed some kind of heater in there for the winter months.The hairdryer was very effective and worked well.Breakfast was a good selection of pastries, bread, cheese, meat and some fruit.

Tiring!

First bad experience in Booking. The reasons:1. Address: The address available in Booking.com is wrong! It made us lost a couple of valuable hours.2. Parking: I filtered by parking before booking but when I got there I realized I had to pay €20 more!3. Room. We requested a room for three but they gave us a room with a single bed. We had to come back to the reception and ask them to figure it out. We were able to get our room with with enough beds (as initially booked) at 2 am!

THE SHOWER, it was very 1980s,shower curtain and flexible hose that constantly fell off!!!!!!

Unfortunately the hotel WiFi connection kept dropping out. I needed WIFI to be able to do some work assisgnments so couldn't complete my work commitments.

Very nice location near the beach and marina, nice breakfast for reasonable price. Stuff was helpful, bathroom was large for such a small room ;)

The 3 person room was tiny, in fact it was almost the size to fit 3 beds. It was ok for one night as we were traveling and spending every night in different place. After this night we made sure we have more than one room in other places.

The hotel location and helpfull staff made the stay 5star. Friendly and welcoming and excellent value for money. Comfortable beds and clean rooms made us want to book again in May

I was disappointed in the menu choices for dinner and when my fish arrived cold I was offered the microwave to heat it up by the restaurant manager? thankfully a lovely waitress stepped in and returned it to the kitchen but sadly it came back barely warm

Breakfast was very boring - the same thing every day. Would have liked some hot food eg., egg and bacon. Even the boiled eggs were cold. When we enquired at reception about the boat trips we were tod they had finished. So my question is why were you still advertising them ?

Nothing springs to mind about property , although location is far from airport/ Valencia city

This hotel is located near the boulevard and is the only positive point from this hotel.

The hotel has a lot of negative points:- aldo we switch to another room, both were smelling to tabacosmoke.- Leak of maintenance, cracks in roof and balcony and give uncomfortable feeling.- Bathroom is for tall and big people far to small and the shower is very dangerous by enormous deviation in temparture during showering.- Breakfast is very limited in choice.
