- Rooms were large and functional, beach a close walk, breakfast chaotic but good value. A very nice family vibe, a very vibrant hotel.
- This is a nice hotel that is 2 blocks from the beach (3 minute walk, tops). The staff is efficient and friendly; the rooms are clean, functional and cozy. I only stayed one night but everything was wonderful.
- reception staff were friendly, close to the beach
Cons -
- Like most hotels, the internet is not the best. I noticed my phone alternating between the hotel wifi and external 5G. I didn't use internet much but it's key to travel these days, so an upgrade would be nice. Also, it's on the north end of the beach and access from the train/bus station in Gandia is limited to two bus routes. If you have luggage, get a taxi.
- On my last day was harassed by waitress who even did not speak English, do not know what was her problem, probably she had bad day but it should not affect visitors. She was not happy with me sitting at the table for 4 people but no other tables were served to sit. She removed all the cutlery and plates from my table probably to show me, but then she brought cutlery back and started sorting them just in front of me while I was eating. She had full restaurant to herself as it was end of breakfast but decided to do her stuff on my table. I had to report it but nobody wanted to listen. Not good experience at all. So by her logic as there was not tables served for single use so I should not have had breakfast at all which I paid for. 3 other members of staff did not want to listen to my complain which is lack of training too and I ended up getting assurance from one of them that she would not come around my table again. I also saw Spanish lady with one child having breakfast at the table for 6 but nobody seems to be telling them to move. It seems that foreigners are not welcome there so they should advertise it in their listing. Harassment from waitress was absolutely unacceptable. They also ignored my request when I booked the room one month before arriving and as my listing was accepted after the message was sent I thought things could be arranged otherwise I would cancel and book something else. I requested quiet room as I sleep early and also purpose of holiday was to rest. When arriving I ended in the room on top of the restaurant and could hear movements of trays in the kitchen early morning and late evening. Room was changed later but 2 nights was completely disaster plus they had life music on Saturday( Wednesday, Friday and Saturday they had on the week when I was there) so also could hear it rill 11.30 pm as my room was close to the entrance. If you have a room facing swimming pool or next to entrance this would be your experience. No way to escape.
- The party at the 0 floor from the hotel until 23:30 was pretty loud… If you would not like to participate, then in is disturbing.

The view from our room was good, we could see the see. The ambience and comfort of the room is nice, the food was tasty. The pool in nice too
The party at the 0 floor from the hotel until 23:30 was pretty loud… If you would not like to participate, then in is disturbing.
Breakfast and staff were good. One day a lunch at hotel buffet was good also. Location to beach at quiet end of playa is very good. Beach access is very nice and easy.
Beds were terrible, room is very basic.
The room was large with a lovely walk in shower.. and the beds were very comfortable. The terrace was lovely to sit out on at night with excellent service from the bar and good entertainment.
Breakfast , couldn't find any yoghurt, poor selection of fruit and pastries. My husband didn't mind it as there was a good selection of hot food.
The quality of the accommodation is appropriate, actually. The beach is near, and when we were there, it was pretty quiet (and we liked it). They were flexible, we arrived earlier, and we could check 2 hours before the checking time.
The food is a bit boring, and almost nobody speaks english. But at all. The meals is really really noisy. The pillow was uncomfortable.
The breakfast was varied, lots of fruit, hot breakfasts and lots of baked goods. The location of the hotel is excellent, the sea and the bus stop are a few minutes by walk. The rooms are clean and pleasant, cleaning every day.Spacious bathroom, balcony, desk, lots of closets and a large bed.The staff is very smiling and always ready to help, not many speak English, but google translator helped us understand each other.
Because of the large number of people it was hard to get coffee, the queues to the machines were long

View, room very 'spartan', cleanliness
Staff are all very nice. Super friendly and helpfully and made us feel at home.
The bed was very hard and killed my back, also food was not good if your a vegetarian as there was no non meat options for my partner, for me who eats meat it was great and I loved it.
Its location is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable with aircon. The pool is great too especially between 2 and 3 when it is nearly empty.
It was all great
I stay in Hotel Los Robles 7 nights.I have all pansion:brekfast, lunch and diner.Food is all time fresh and delisesh.Hotel is near the beach 150 metres. In august water in see is +29t°.Very comfortabile water temperature.Room is good and clean.I very recomend this hotel in Gandia.
Weather in august in Valencia and Gandia is very hot +37,+39t°.I be 03.08 -13.08.24
The property is very attractive ( big, nice architecture, restaurants, many tourists) and is close to the wonderful, clear and warm beach. Also, the hotel has many opportunities to get fun: Dance Night ( Wednesday, Friday and Saturday) free of charge and trips to Valencia. As a plus, the room was cleaned every day by the lovely camerist and we had every time a comfortable sleep, as well as the reception staff and kitchen ( breakfast) staff. Regarding the location, this hotel with all that it offers, is a good value for money.
The hotel is extraordinaire and I think is a good idea if the breakfast will be more varied.
Close to the beach
Indifferent staff, small room, lack of coziness, a cheap feeling
Location, friendly staff
Rooms are very poorly sound insulated. You can clearly hear people walking by. But the real and serious problem is the sound early morning. I think it's the elevator doors which are horribly noisy when opening and closing, and the rumbling can be heard many rooms across. And with the very heavy early morning traffic it's extremely annoying... impossible to sleep late. Also rooms not so clean. Hairs visible by the floor and bed covers.
The hotel is rated three stars, but it looks like four. The room was very comfortable, and the cleaning service every day prepared the room for the first welcoming day. We used a half-board arrangement. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The food was fresh, and various offers of fresh seasonal fruits, traditional salads, and meals, including paella, sea-grilled fish, and other options. The hotel is on the second line, 200 meters from Playa Gandia beach.
Spacious rooms , powerful shower, welcoming team
Room not cleaned properly on a daily basis. During our 8 days stay, the toilet & shower screen hasn’t been cleaned not even once, the shower wasn’t draining almost at all, the dust hasn’t been wiped at all .Paid for full board ,however the check in time was stating 4pm and check out 12am,no confirmation received informing us that on the day of the departure the lunch will be included.Mentioned this during check out however I have been completely ignored.
Effectiveness, kindness, cleaning, near of the best beach
Location close to the beach. The buffet was with many options and fresh food.Comfortable room.
It has not free parking for costumers.
Good value for money.Good location, next to the beach.Breakfast was ok, very good coffee.
