staff Antonio, Deas, Sara, back of house and rooms, in fact all the staff we met were excellent

From the 9th floor we had a great view over the village and the beach.

Great location, lady on reception excellent & helpful, large comfy bed, great shower

Reply to email sent before we travelled never had a reply so had to cancel original booking and re-book.Some of the Staff were rude mainly the women who worked on Reception and she also worked organising the Restaurant taking Room numbers at 1 point she raised her voice at us so other people in the restaurant all look round at us very embarrassing people skills obviously not her strong point.The bar/coffee area advertised being open from 11 to 11 but the staff that manned it were upstairs in the restaurant working so you always had to wait for quite a while which got frustrating by the end of our stay it was quicker to go out for a coffee.Breakfast was great but evening meal was very bland and limited, lack of fresh vegetables and deserts always running out with long time waiting to be replenished.

Loverly room nice views across the sea the staff where really helpful nice bars and restaurants near bye also a bus stop into Gandia centre

Good location. And you fontanería miss anything. The rroms are good. The hotel as well.

The swimming poll is small

The food was great for me. If my vegan girlfriend had joined me I think it may have been limited in what should could have eaten. Some staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and were quite unpleasant. Some staff notably Marie was extremely pleasant, polite and welcoming.

I was unsure of the process of laundry as there wasn't any bags in my room and no information on price. My wine had a very unpleasant taste

Great location. Lovely room with view of the sea. Very clean.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well located. 5 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The shower was powerful and hot. Lovely balcony.

Having to pay €12 for hotel parking. No parking available on the public roads because we arrived on a Sunday and there was a big street market that day. If the hotel parking had been full (not many spaces) we would have been in great difficulty.

Nice spacious room on the 6th floor with large terrace. Very comfortable room with bath.

The house wine could be improved but that is hardly a complaint.
