You can't control the AC fan, if it 23 c the fan on 1 , but it's hot when you switch to 21 the fan go 2 , the cold  air on your head, and the direction is fixed on the bed, in the bathroom door stop in the front of the sink, you will break your toss

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel from start to finish. Everything exceeded my expectations.The staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made the stay truly comfortable and stress-free.The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained, with excellent housekeeping standards throughout the stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.Hotel services were excellent, well organized, and efficiently managed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and seamless. The facilities were well kept, and the hotel clearly maintains a high level of quality and professionalism.Overall, this hotel offers outstanding service, exceptional staff, and excellent comfort. I highly recommend it and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Clean hotel, friendly staff

The room lighting was very dim.

Everything is good about the reception from the airport and also the room is good and has amenities and is spacious and I would like to thank the reception staff, Mr. Mina... Miss Dobby to arrange transportation to the airport quickly

The location is perfect. Staff are friendly and room is comfortable.

Parking

Room view was nice looking at the main road.

The location is pretty awful hard to get in and out, parking spaces are extremely tight you have to be very careful. Price is overrated for one night.

There was a drilling on the road from evening till' early morning and was not able to sleep properly because of this. i tried talking to the staff about it but didn't get any assistance to resolve the issue.

Sound isolation was not good. Cheering sound was coming some room around 2 am :(

I like the staff they gave me extra time to stay the library but the beakfast was not that good but it has a variety of food

The swimming pool was not good dust inside under the bed in the room was dirty

Check-in and check-out were very smooth, thanks to Ms. Adele's kind and prompt assistance. She efficiently coordinated the booking of several rooms and suites for our entire family, making our stay next to each other very convenient. Additionally, Ms. Adele was very welcoming and friendly. All staff members, including security, porters, and restaurant personnel, were helpful and courteous. Thank you once again!

Old hotel The rooms and the bathrooms and very old The windows were dirty from the outside

i was upgraded to Executive room by booking, I have ordered breakfast from the in-room dining, which was very good, available parking spaces are decent

being in executive room I expected to have lounge access or at least breakfast with the room, but it was room only, the reason i rate the facility because the pool was under maintenance, which was not mentioned at the time of booking,

My stay was comfortable, and reception team was very cooperative, cheerful, and did their best to assist us. services are good ,however, my observation is that the furniture in the hotel is old and requires renewal to align with global advancements in hospitality and its facilities. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience.

I have stayed at many hotels in Kuwait City and this is by far my favorite. The staff are exceptional and go the extra mile to ensure the guest is taken care of. The food is excellent and the pool, sauna, steam room, and gym exactly what I needed. The rooms were big, comfortable, and well appointed. I will definitely stay here again.
