    Pros +

    • Location and being able to store bags
    • I was travelling with a group of eight (six students and two adults). The location was an easy walk from the train station (and very close to the bus station). It was also a relatively quick walk to enter the historic center via la Puerta Nueva de Bisagra (which we did twice). The price was excellent and the staff even better. The manager was very quick to respond (we had travel complications) and her advice very helpful, particularly her recommendations for places to eat with my group. One of the highlights for our visit, in fact, was the place that she recommended for breakfast. The rooms were plenty large and clean, and the air was on and our rooms cooling up on our arrival.
    • It was clean private and a great location. Easy walk in town and quiet neighbour hood.

    Cons -

    • Towels were slightly thicker than the sheets. WIFI did not work in room. AC didn't work
    • More information from Hotels that use Booking.com should give upto date information regarding access to areas as with new laws coming into being regading no vehicle zone areas, pedestrian only, and where parking is would be a good idea.
    • No little perks. No kettle, no coffee, no ice.

Located near the escalators in a quiet neighborhood. The host is amazing. She assisted us with recommendations for restaurants and shops nearby.

The hotel is located up a side street and very steep to negociate as we were on a motorbike. The receptionist Anna was very helpful and friendly and helped us.The room was spacious and was all we required for our one night stay.We walked into town which is a bit of a walk but they have escalators which are a God send.Steeped in History Toledo is fasinating and well worth visiting.

Room and bathroom a bit tired.

No little perks. No kettle, no coffee, no ice.

Lovely place, spacious room. Everyone was so nice and helpful explaining the main places to visit. We also liked the location next to the bus station and not far from the town and train station.

There was no air-conditioning at night, but there was a fan, so we could handle it.

Friendly staff, spacious comfortable rooms and close to restaurants.

The cleaniness, the person at the entrante gave us plenty of information from the city and surroundings. They make us feel welcome all the time

Good service, the only thing I was missing a good breakfast or coffee in the morning

Location and the property very good with the view of the Alcazar

The price was not that good! little pricey for what you get.

    10PatrykPosted on: 11-2-2023

Very good value for this price, clean rooms, silent at night, English speaking staff which is not that obvious in Spain. Also very close to bus, train and to downtown.

Very clean, very quiet, perfect location

The hosts are very very friendly and helpful. We were too late for check in but they waited for us to arrive. The hotel is located just next to the entry of the Old part of Toledo and enough parking lot are there (don't forget to pay or you'll be fined). It's clean and quite.

All good, just the water pressure in the shower a bit weak.

Short walk to the old city. One of the better value options in the city.

Walls are a little thin. Conversations of neighbours can be heard.

    10lena.cretuPosted on: 6-8-2023

The location is great it is between the old town and the new Toledo ) so you can visit the old town in the morning and the new Toledo in the second part of the day.

The receptionist was very, very helpful

I was very disappointed to find NO coffee or a way to make coffee on the property. I was told that it was ‘just up the street’, and it was, but not available at the hotel.

Very pleasant, near the station and old town, comfortable and helpful friendly staff, thank you!
