    Pros +

    • Great location. Helpful staff.
    • The location. This hotel is centrally located in the historic part of Toledo right next to the Toledo Cathedral. The hotel staff was very helpful and the room was clean. The WiFi in my room was very weak, so I sat in the lobby to use the internet.
    • Location is what you're paying for, and it is worth it! The cobblestone street is very close to the Cathedral and the main square. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was hearty and tasty.

    Cons -

    • Room was very small and a bit cramped.
    • Our room was very small, as was the bathroom, particularly the shower - in which we had a hard time keeping the shower head hose in its mount, which resulted in erratic spraying. The full size mattress had enough wear that there was a valley in the middle that kept my husband and I rolling into each other through the night. Also, there were only two power outlets, and no USB ports, in the room
    • The room had a very powerful chemical smell - almost overwhelming. Beds not comfortable, including sheets and pillows.

Location is excellent, near many good bars and eateries.

The room had a very powerful chemical smell - almost overwhelming. Beds not comfortable, including sheets and pillows.

Room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable

    Clean. Close to cathedral.

Long walk from bus station to catch the train.

The location was central to the old town. There were restaurants and cultural sites with in walking distance.

The fragrance that was used to clean the room was so strong it gave us a headache. We had to open windows to try to make it tolerable. Then next day they sprayed it again. So unfortunately I wish I had stayed elsewhere.

Central location to Toledo and spacious clean rooms. We stayed for one night in the Superior twin bed room with a balcony. The view from the balcony was amazing. Staff were attentive, kind, and quick to assist the guest as needed. Beautiful old traditional architecture with a central skylight of the hotel that used to be a residency of an elite family in the 1950s if I remember correctly. Staff was pretty knowledgable about the history of the building. It is an great experience staying with Eurico.

Great location in the historical center, but you can't get there by the car. Need to park at the bottom and then walk with the luggage. Staff was very nice. They messaged to let us know that the streets are very narrow and can't park there.

the hotel was located near the cathedral, an excellent situation as a base for exploring the city. All the staff were friendly and the reception area was nice. Lots of choice for breakfast, in a pretty little room. The staff were very helpful, especially as we were staying through the peninsular blackout.

No real complaints, the street was perhaps a bit noisy at night if the window was open,

The location is perfect for walk g around the city and exploring the sites. Close to bars and restaurants.

It would be nice to have a a small fridge. In the room.

    8SarahPosted on: 4-8-2025

We appreciated the variety of breakfast options. The location is fantastic, and the building has a lot of character.

Some of the room's facilities were worn out, but still functional.

    10JackPosted on: 1-5-2025

The location was perfect to walk and see all the sites, with excellent bars and restaurants minutes away. The hotel even with all the bars and restaurants minute's away is quiet at night and easy for sleeping etc. rooms excellent value for money big and airy.Cleaned daily

Parking in Granada side streets is difficult at all times. With the hotel being so central and needing to find parking close by I would suggest parking on the entrance to the city and getting a taxi on to the hotel. This is only a minor issue and does not reflect on this excellent hotel.

    Central. Comfortable

I was ill. Not seriously but l had to return to the hotel in the afternoon to rest. There is a very well appointed dining room and kitchen so we asked if we could make ourselves a cup of tea. The answer was a sharp NO! The receptionist never said Hola, Bienvenido or adios. Not a good image for such a nice hotel.

    Excellent location and breakfast

No kettle for hot water; a bit noisy with doors opening and closing.

    1EglePosted on: 11-25-2024

    Nothing except location

No parking as it says on advert. Dirty room, very small TV, breakfast very poor

    10NataliaPosted on: 10-25-2024

The location is fantastic and with wonderful views of the cathedral. The staff, especially the night gentleman, is very professional and friendly.

Breakfast is too basic. They only have cold eggs!!! They only have whole milk, which nowadays lots of people don't drink milk but almond milk. No bananas or other fruit other than orange. The croissants were not fresh. From all my travels this past month, it was the worst breakfast.

The staff was great .the room was very clean and the location was perfect,.

well for me was everything good.
