- Cute little hotel in a great location. Close to the train station and old Toledo. Bathroom was very clean and nice.
- Everything was good so far for the room cleanness, service and reception stuff
- Nice room but small. Good location, very near to city walls. Easy to park. A few good restaurants around the area.
Cons -
- The bed wasn’t very comfortable and our room smelled like sewage for some reason. The A/C didn’t work great either. Just felt hot and musty the whole time.
- 1- water take much time to become warm a bit 2- the blanket needs to be washed as it have some dirt in it
- A little cold in room.

Nice room but small. Good location, very near to city walls. Easy to park. A few good restaurants around the area.
A little cold in room.
They have bedrooms on the ground floor
Big slope to reach the door when you are coming from the train station. Place to sleep one night only
It was very interesting to check-in via remote communication, like video meeting. The location is very closed to train station, bus station and inside of Toledo Castle.
Great location for the old town area, managed to park the car right outside with no charge. The room was very comfortable and clean with a nice view of the street and old town above. Coffee making facilities were available downstairs which was very handy! Thanks so much for a great stay in Toledo!
Nothing, everything was great
hotel in good place
feel coffee facilities need to be upgraded there is only 2 cups. also nowhere close by to get one
In a great location - 5 mins of a steep walk into the old city of Toledo
Good location just outside the city wall, although you need to be fit to visit Toledo. Modern fittings in our small double room.
Accommodation only, you will need to hike up a hill for breakfast. Oddly the hotel offered free coffee, but only as long as it was black as there was no milk available during our three night stay.
Good location, outside of the old town, but easily reachable by foot. Friendly staff, easy check in, clean rooms.
There was no option for bag storage after checking out.
The hotel is about a 10-minute uphill walk into the main town so the location, especially having a reasonable amount of on-street parking nearby is pretty good for Toledo. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the aircon was very good. The bathroom also had a good shower. We managed to get a parking space right across the road from the hotel, for which you pay between the hours of 10am to 2pm and 5pm to 8pm. You can, however, overpay and it automatically carries over the remainder into the next time zone so we didn't have to move the car in the 3 days/2 nights we were there. (It only takes card payment).Take a trip on the little tourist train as it goes across the valley and you get fantastic views of the city. Make sure you're sitting at the end of a row though as it's impossible to take photos from the middle when the train is full!
Although we were a little disappointed with the hotel, we have to accept that it is only a 2 star hotel and so taking that into account I suppose it was reasonable value for money. We arrived at around 3.30 pm and found that the hotel was not manned at reception. Instead we had to speak to a call centre through an intercom outside. They then let us in and there was a screen with a person talking to us! They then asked for our phone number so that they could ring us and take our personal details and give us a code for our room door and for the outside front door. We found all this a bit manic as it was noisy with people arriving and shouting to be heard. When we left the room at 4.00 pm there was a young man on reception who said he would be there until, I think, either 8 or 10 pm. He was helpful and friendly. The hotel was very noisy with the heavy front door constantly being banged and the electronic keypads on the rooms bleeping. Also, footsteps on the floor above and down the stairs. The room itself was very small - fine if you only have a rucksack but nowhere to put a suitcase. We had booked a room with a terrace but the terrace was very dirty and not suitable for sitting in. It didn't help that there had been some dusty rain but we were there for 2 nights and the terrace wasn't cleaned at all. The one next door, however, seemed fine.
Location and price
Tiny room and no refrigerator
Easy access and near free parking
Uphill to historic quarter
Easy parking on the roadside but confusing parking zones. Orange is public and green is residents only. Room was very nice and clean. Good sized bathroom and great shower. Self service coffee available in breakfast room which was a bonus. Easy walk into Toledo which is beautiful. Check in was remote and a pain.
The check in was a pain and the remote person had no knowledge of the area for advice.
Great location just outside of city walls. Very good value for money. Digital key pad entry to hostal and room so no worries about loss of key
No fridge in the room
Good location, Gabrielle in reception was very helpful. We enjoyed our room with small courtyard and appreciated that tea/coffee making facilities and a communal fridge were available in the foyer area.
Room was relatively small with no view.
Location, cleanless helpful staff though it is assumed to be remotly controlled check in an access operation.
To face concept of remote reception desk operation. It is well organised but have doubts it always works.
Small outdoor courtyard with our room. Shower was good.
Can be quite noisy in the evenings as the building is small.
Location was great. Room was nice
We had to struggle up two flights of stairs with our bags. No elevator. No coffee service available in lobbyLimited front desk service
The hotel was in a great location, within a quick walk of the city walls. Our room had a fantastic view and was clean and comfortable
There was no parking at the hotel, so we had to park about a 10 minute walk away
