Great view of Toledo and comfortable room.

Lighting low and hard to see in bathroom.

Everything of room is good, Nice and polite staff in all area, View is good, Location is easy to find and also parking is good, BF is fair.

The location, the parking area, the fact that you can walk to the city centre.

This was a very sweet room. Very small but adequate for us for 2 nights. Great views of the city . We drove so having free parking was great. It’s a hike into the city so we drove down,parked and walked across the old bridge into the city. It’s a charming place to stay!

Too far to walk.

We liked the view from the room. The front desk staff was very accommodating and even got us an iron but with no iron board.

The bed was too small. The shower overflowed to the floor. The breakfast variety was slim for the added cost to the room. The second day we had to ask for larger cups for tea and the hot water. The attentiveness to replenishment was not up to our expectations.

We loved the views and the pool. The walk to centro was about 15 to 20 minutes. The staff do not speak English very well, but we did encounter one fabulous staff person on a morning shift who ended up making us coffee because we slept through breakfast due to jet lag. His English was great, he was kind and friendly. We were grateful for the extra effort.

The breakfast was ok but not that great. It didn’t have a very good feel in general. The property is definitely older, which we liked but maybe a bit run down. The patios are all sun facing all day so an umbrella might help. Because it was so hot we really couldn’t be on the patio at any time during the day. Nice to look at though and enjoyed the sense of extra space.

The beds were a little stiff

The rooms are very spacious and the upstairs terrace view from the room was amazing! The location is fantastic.

The wifi was a little spotty

The property was charming and the room comfortable and spacious. Nice pool area and friendly staff. Easy parking and close enough to get to the old town easily.

Food was a bit of a challenge in this location as the restaurants on property and nearby were not often open. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was and we ended up having to drive for all of our meals. Also, no coffee maker or fridge in the room.

Very dated rooms. Not spotless with sticky floors, a poor shower and no tea/ coffee making facilities or mini fridge.

Parcial view, sticky floor, no Nespresso machine like it says for it's suites they don't even have.

The views were spectacular and we had a private terrace.

Overall the decor was in need of updating. Staff could have been better trained and friendlier. Bathroom looked tatty. Breakfast was overpriced for what was available.

The hotel has a secure car park so when arriving from the UK you can rest assured your stuff is safe overnight.

The kitchen staff who served breakfast acted as though it was an inconvenience when asking for things.

Too much light from the bathroom comes into the room at night because of the glass section in the door from the bathroom. Makes it too light at night.

It's a two-story classic hotel.The view of Toledo city from the veranda is excellent.The restaurant draft beer is delicious.

It's not very soundproof.

Nice room with a balcony (lovely view across to the city). Have attached photo. Decent size room. Safe space to park the car (which was why we booked). It has a lovely pool and gardens which I suspect are wonderful when in season. I expect this hotel is wonderful in the summer - it has lots of character.

It is some distance from the city centre: 30 minute walk and some of it on fast roads with no lighting (so watch out if you are walking back at night). Breakfast was decent but we had had better in Spain for less money. Staff were mostly nice although our check-in receptionist could have been more helpful (he seemed rather put out that we had disturbed him...)
