Excellent location in the middle of historic Toledo. Staff was really nice. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Checked out and left luggage with staff so we could do some more sightseeing and was perfect. Would come back

there is no elevator from ground level to the reception but its only a few stairs and reception insisted on helping. Not a big deal at all.

Fantastic location right in Plaza Zocodover and walkable to everywhere. Beautiful spacious room with big windows overlooking the plaza. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again.

Everything was fine. You do need to bring your luggage up a set of stairs to the first floor to check in but that was ok for us.

The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful, especially Diego and a lovely front desk agent lady who helped me with my luggage. Their manager Veronica is top-tier when it comes to hospitality and is very hands on which is amazing to see nowadays. They have the cutest little breakfast plate setup too!

Breakfast could be more varied

Well located in the central town plaza. The room was quite large with a separate sitting room. There is a beautiful terrace on the top floor where you can take your own wine or coffee and enjoy the view. Breakfast is available for an additional cost.

You must walk up two flights of stairs to reach reception. There is a lift to the floors. There is no onsite parking- the nearest garage is about a 4 min walk. The hotel has a smoky smell that is pervasive. The tv is not a smart tv so channels are limited.

It's a very unique experience.We were welcomed by Veronica, a very dedicated and special person. The hotel is exceptionally well located and unique, and we were informed beforehand about every step to get there. Our room was clean, well decorated, silent, comfy bed, with a balcony to the square. Shower is very good, bathroom lighting too.Veronica helped us to book a restaurant nearby and gave us great tips.

Missed not being able to stay longer.

We liked the location of the property and they did serve a light breakfast which was nice.

*The mattress sheet had stains and hair on it. It was obvious that it wasn’t clean, so we slept on top of the sheet.

Grteat location, very comforyable to walk to all the major attrqactions. The staff was nice. The bathroom was very big anfd the shower was great.Many good restaurnats nearby.

IThe hotel is located by a plaza full of restaurants It was quite noisy all night during weekend.

The location in the central Zocodover Square was perfect! The facility is a small boutique hotel with a lovely rooftop terrace overlooking the square and beyond. Although the hotel was located on the central square, the hotel room was very quiet. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, airy and comfortable. A small enclosed balcony allowed me to watch the Holy Week processions. The couch was the most comfortable hotel couch I have ever encountered. The staff provided me with an electric kettle to make tea in my room. My huge bathroom was gorgeous with a modern, sleek interior. An in room safe and a small refrigerator were nice touches. The staff (Veronica, Diego and Max) were exceptional! All were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I travel with a lot of toiletries and there was not a lot of room for such things.

Perfect location, personal attention, great room, great terrace above the Plaza. Nice breakfast with a Spanish touch. Incredibly energetic and friendly director Verónica who worked hard to make you feel welcome. Good place for a solo traveler who wants to stay for a few days in Toledo stress-free but also in the middle of the city

Great location with fantastic views and friendly staff.

From the moment we arrived Verónica couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel itself is beautiful and brilliantly located. We loved the roof terrace and had a bottle of the family’s own wine up there. Breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced and the shower was excellent.

Room is small but not an issue for us, the bed was a little bit soft for us

the central location and the view from the balcony over the square. peaceful at night; vibrant during the day. we were able to walk around the whole city from the Hotel.

this hotel would not suit guests who cannot walk up a few stairs as the lift is not accessible from street level. it was a joy to have a hotel without children!

Maybe a few more coat hangers in the wardrobe would have been helpful ?

Location was excellent -room was small but recently refurbished.

The bed was quite small. You had to book breakfast a day in advance.

Being on the main square meant that we were centrally located. The hotel was in an older building but it had been renovated and our room was very spacious. Staff were very helpful with information about things to do and see in Toledo.
