breakfast buffet was great, unfortunately not free but cheap. the receptionist that night was very kind; did not charge us extra for the kids.

A bit further away from the city centre than what I would ideally like.

Clean rooms, hosts were friendly , breakfast was good. Try the pizza place next to the hotel.

breakfast was average to poor .good variety but the food quality was below average- meats were dry and ehgs were too overcooked- to the extent that they blacked .luggage drop off was shut off and garage was difficult to navegate .

Air conditioning didn’t cool down the room making nearly impossible to sleep in the summer.Wi-Fi not available since there was a technical issue.

We wished we could have a coffee maker/fridge in the room. Or at least coffee available in lobby.The shower seemed a bit dangerous/slippery, shower door was odd, glass and was only a half door. I felt that if I lost my balance or slipped, I could get hurt.

All staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all we required including a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of very good food. There was secure parking.

The room for dinner had no atmosphere. It felt like being in a large canteen. The food choice was not what we had hoped for. There was no lounge to sit in.

Friendly staff and clean rooms is always very important for me. And the view from the window on the old town was worth paying a bit more for the room.

Parking spaces - is not possible to book in advance and you have to find the parking space at the street late in the night after long day of car ride.

Good hotel in a beautiful location, breakfast was very good and very spacious rooms.

This is a horrible property. I do not recommend it, especially if you are American and are used to good customer service.

They were incredibly inflexible about changing our dates due to having a sick child.

The shower was too narrow that it was hard to keep the water from spreading to the floor.The location was a little isolated, not many shops around.

Convenient for a stopover as is just off the motorway and a short distance to the centre, helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable

Room small. No bar, no café, breakfast staff ( male, no name badge) unfriendly and slow. Long way out of Toledo and difficult to find. 4 star price 2 star hotel. Step into bath type shower.
