Although the location is very positive, it's really hard to reach by car. The room just offers basic comfort and absolutely no view. The receptionist was really helpful and she saved the review!

The location is amazing, close to all the important points and also walking distance from the train station. I had a room on one of the top floors and the view over the whole city was absolutely amazing. The room and the whole hotel are very well taken care of, everything is very clean and well organized. The breakfast is amazing and there is even chocolate cake (Muerte por chocolate) available. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

No air conditioning. Extremely hot, 103 degrees.

Right next to the Alcazar, it is very centrally located. However, we could not sleep at night due to the endless noise on the street. The sound was as if it was inside the room. The hotel has a serious noise problem in its plumbing. When someone used the bathroom, the sound was as if the building was collapsing. The beds were clean. The reception staff were quite polite and help full.

There were bugs crawling around in the breakfast foods and breads.later investigated and saw that it was a cockroach.

Great location. Room super tight. Although the view from the bedroom was pretty (cathedral), the window not sturdy enough and I could hear the noise from the outside and worse yet the cold air blowing in the whole night.

I think I was just unlucky with my room as I couldn't get a TV signal no matter how hard I tried.Struggled to get to sleep as there was a buzzing noise that seemed to be coming from the electric breaker fuse box.Once again a Sercotel with no toilet brush, a small but important item just in case!!All of the above sounds bad but the room was still good value for money.

The location is excellent. Right next to the castle. The staff were lovely and friendly. Very nice room. Great bathroom.

Hospitality of Sandra . Sandra’s assistance in city tour planning was invaluable. She also kindly arranged ticket purchase for flamenco concert (hidden gem) of Madrid. She was very nice , approachable, and professional.

The location is exceptional for tourist. The price is excellent. The rooms I was in appear to have been remodeled within the last two or three years. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and included a bidet.

The standard size bed occupies the entire room which is tiny. The first night I was put on the top floor and the room was hot in mid April. There was no A/C because it isn't "Made available" until May. My two phones and laptop connected to the hotel wifi but there was no internet available on the 4th floor. My devices also informed me their Internet access security protocol was significantly outdated. The next day I switched to the first floor (2nd floor by American count) which was cooler and did have minimal Internet access at 10 MBS download and 4 MBS upload.

Clearness, location, friendly staff

Location is great, as right in the city centre.

No breakfast, no restaurant, and for a couple of hours, no water. No parking. Discount to a close by parking lot of only ca. 5€ of 23€ altogether.

Room was excellent: quiet, clean, and spacious. Excellent location, it was such an enjoyable stay.

Staff doesn’t pick up the phone, they are hard to reach.
