Hotel Real De Toledo

Nice size room and comfortable beds. Bathtub with plenty of hot water. Daily cleaning service. Excellent breakfast at a very good price. Close to restaurants. Close to buses and train station. Staff great!

Charming little hotel, loved the building and the rooms, and excellent location 10 minutes walking from Zodocover Square and all sites in town.

Shower door was a little loose

We like the location and the access to the city. Our room had no view as it was located in the below the lobby area floor. It felt little bit like a dungeon no view of the outside but one window had view to an internal patio.Beds were very comfy and rooms was super clean. The access to the Cafe on street level.was a plus before we left. Staff was friendly and helpful and the overall time we spent.in the hotel was great.

Everything was good but the location of out room was weird. It is under the lobby and felt little bit creepy but the room was perfect for our family of 3.

It was in a good location and staff very helpful however I would not rate this as a 3 star maybe 1.5 stars

Parking was a long way away and €16 over night. When I booked I asked for parking as I thought it meant on site.

The WiFi and the location are satisfactory.

They mentioned that the rooms are air conditioned but they weren't. It was so hot that I couldn't sleep at night. My room was on floor #4, and it was always noisy. The lights in the corridor are always OFF, which is very inconvenient. In addition, the bed and the towels had stains, and they smelled foul. I am not sure if there were bed bugs. Every time I slept on the bed, I felt very itchy and also noticed bites all over my body. In addition, it will be great if they can open their breakfast service before 08:30AM.

Breakfast was excellent! Outlined choice of meal plans and was served so quickly!

Air conditioning did not work and was so hot and stuffy in our room

The front staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room did not have A/C like advertised. Room was hot n stuffy. Bathroom cramped with an awkward door placement. TV screen size of a laptop screen. Bed was hard as a slab of stone. NOT a 3 *** star property. More like a 1*

The location close to the centre but quiet, at least the room I had facing the back. The staff were welcoming and efficient.

The hotel is dated, the furnishings, furniture and look. It did not make me want to spend any unnecessary time there. The restaurant was closed in the evening as well as for breakfast the next morning.

Could not get breakfast coach party in hotel restaurant very busy and only serving them, would recommend to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Room not worth the rate, even where it is located, I have stayed in better located closer to center Restaurant and option for breakfast There must have been a big party booked for evening meal and breakfast Dinner I was refused as there was a big party in At Breakfast they were overstretched I understand that the restaurant may not be the hotel’s responsibility in its entirety but it lets the hotel down , big time

Clean, well maintained, well located.

It’s 2023 and not to provide internet capable of video conferencing and streaming should be an embarrassment. For this reason alone, I’d not stay there again.

Beds were not as good as expected, mattresses on a metal base so not that comfortable really and glad we were only there one night

The dinner & breakfast at the hotel was good and fairly priced, and staff very accommodating

Not being able to go onto the balcony, because the view, from what we could see, was fabulous.

A bit small for a family of 4, but we only stayed overnight en route to France so it worked.

The location was good

We specifically booked the hotel as it had parking. We were travelling and didn't want to take all the luggage into the room. When we arrived we were told that my small SUV would not get into their parking facilities. I would suggest if you don't have a Mini or Fiat 500 you forget it.
