The pool wasn¿t open & that was a big reason we booked there Not enough information regarding the sites to see nearby

The hotel was quite dated, the smell in the hallways and rooms was not pleasant.

Room was very good, - large, clean, warm and with a perfect view to a city

Part of hotel's facilities were deactivated due to winter season, e.g. Lobby bar was not working. It didn't affect me directly, but could have.

Family environment and good breakfast.

The facilities are as advertised, well presented and with a friendly staff. The pool is nice and the breakfast was complete and varied. Plenty of parking space.

Honestly, I don't think I'll ever go back. Very outdated hotel.

Beds were not comfortable at all. Also, there was not a single bottled water in the room, not for sale or as a courtesy.

The spa,the fitness studio, everything was just amazing.All the staff are very friendly.

We experienced a problem in the room with an broken airconditioning and without hesitation changed our room to fix the problem. Staff at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful.

Like in many hotels we stayed, also this one did not provide enough power outlets in the room to charge phones and tablets. This is the only point of improvement.

We booked this last minute and felt the price was very fair. It was clean and comfortable. It was nice that it had a bar in the hotel. The pool looked great, but for us, it was too hot (100°F) to be at the pool with no shade.

It wasn't walkable for us to get to the historic part of Toledo. The air conditioning and lights kept getting turned off because the head of the bed was pushed up against all the switches on the wall. It was nothing I have ever seen before. The switches were directly behind the pillow. Once we realized, we just moved the pillows over. Wifi was spotty in our room.

Location is good

It mentions that there is free parking, but it’s just few spot and if they are busy u have to find parking around.

The rooms were spacious - that’s about all.

This hotel needs refurbishing before it can be awarded 4 starts to it. It’s very old and in many ways broken. There was limescale on the bathtub. It didn’t feel comfortable at all. I’d like to have same photographer than this to sell my house, because the hotel looked much more gracious on the pics than in real life.

Nice pool area and clean rooms.

No coffee in the room, and no way to get any coffee or tea before breakfast opens. Small detail, but is normal to have in most hotels. Nice hotel but the rooms are dated.
