Hotel Sercotel Alfonso VI

It was next to the park with the Talavera azulejos and it was next to the bus station.

This hotel has a wonderful location, a short walk to everything I wanted to see and do. The breakfast is pretty good and the front desk service is very helpful.

My room was located near the main lobby and the elevator. People coming in and out made it very noisy. That was not what I was expecting for the price I paid at this hotel star level.

The location is great. Next door to the war museum, and within 2 minutes walk to city center.

Parking is 14 E every 24 hours. The hotel is a 2 stars, not a 4 star. Bathroom was leaking, and when you shower, water comes up from the ground. Smells of sewer throughout room. In need of renovation.

This was the biggest hotel room I have ever had. Real value for money and placed right beside the castle. Breakfast was excellent, with a big choice.

Would be good if some food items were available in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, but sometimes you want room service.

Great location in historic centre. Lovely building. We opted for a room with a view which was spectacular. Clean.

Not much to say here other than having one unpleasant front desk person among others who were kind and helpful. We typically take quick showers but got luke warm-cold water at best. Was a little surprised given the high quality of all else.

Our room had the most amazing view overlooking the town's streets and rooftops. Front desk staff were accommodating, allowing us to check out late. Lots of choices for breakfast. And location was central.

Everything was excellent

The location of this hotel was perfect, right by the Alcazar and Plaza Zocodovar. The room was small but big enough for one person. I appreciated having extra pillows, the kettle, and the mini-frig in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the dining room was beautiful with a curved brick ceiling.

My room was located in the back of the hotel and the window opened onto a view of rooftops where dozens of pigeons were roosting and flying around. Since the hotel does not have AC in the winter (the system will only do heat), the only way I could cool down the room to sleep was having the window open. I was a little worried about breathing in the pigeon droppings and hoping none of them would fly in the window! Everything was OK during the stay, but I would have rather had a room with a street view and not the pigeon roost.

Location was very good. Supermarket was near by. Breakfast was limited but adequate.

Great location in central Toledo. Easy to walk everywhere. Very easy to get a bus or taxi to train station. Loved the decor of the hotel that notes the history of this beautiful historical city while the room had all the modern comforts. The included breakfast had lots of variety in a memorable breakfast room.

Elevator call button for our floor wasn’t working entire weekend. We took stairs for two floors. No biggie, but staff shrugged when I asked about it. Coffee bar was not restocked from previous occupant. When I asked front desk for coffee, got a big sigh and side-eyed. And finally had to have someone come and open in-room safe as it was locked. I realize I’m paying for location, but these things seem basic.

The decoration of the hotel is amazing . The location is right in front of the Alcazar and walking distance to places of interest in town.

I like how the hotel looks like. Especially when I entered the hotel. As if I went back to the medieval age. The atmosphere and the decorations are sooo immersive. Oh and I like the service of hotel staffs. They were kind, friendly and willing to assist us whenever there's a problem.And it's location is so perfect. It's near the Alcazar de Toledo. You are able to walk down the street to go to cathedral within 5 minutes.

The disinfection water smells... weird. And smelled so bad. We had no choice but to open the window immediately.
