Location

The A/C in the rooms does not work properly. The explanation the hotel's front desk gave me was so ridiculous. The A/C was on for more than 8 hours and it never cooled the room.

That I could stay with my dog and the convenient location. There’s plenty of free parking on the street nearby- no need to use their parking lot.

The room was not soundproof at all and I had trouble sleeping due to the noise from the neighboring rooms and hallway. The walls were scratched in the room and missing paint, the dog bed they provided was frayed and deteriorated (part of the €20 surcharge for dogs). My sister was sitting on a couch in the hotel at 7am when a staff member questioned her about whether she was staying in the hotel, then asked to see her room key as proof, and when she provided it and her room number they made her walk back to the room with them to further prove it. Then they disappeared before even arriving at the room with her, without saying anything. Very strange.

Big rooms, nice interior We arrived very late and were hungry when no dining was available. So the lady on reception brought us some apples ?

Location is little bit outside of the old city . So it could have free parking for the visitors. In our case a vending machine would be helpful as well

Big and clean room. Excellent breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to tourist sites. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was really confortable. The room was big, well equipped and organized; it was also super clean. The staff is also very kind and the breakfast was enough to make you happy. The hotel is very close to the train and autobus stations and the city centre.

Spacious room with comfy bed and good location.

Larges comfy bed and pillows. Lovely room with huge balcony. Bed for our little dog and gifts. Close to a few bars. Fresh orange juice for breakfast, the sign of a good hotel and not the awful juice that comes out of a carton in most hotels. Also the fruit was cut up for you and put onto skewers. Staff all very helpful and we would definitely come back.

Hotel was booked enroute between Santander and Marbella. We had our dog with us. Hotel was surprisingly nice for the price and also for the fact they accommodate a dog

Wonderful location. Wouldn't fancy driving into the town so just outside next to a car park is ideal.Room was lovely as were the staff.Breakfast was amazing. Will certainly be back as the town is lovely

Great room, ideal location, super breakfast and helpful team.

The hotel is easy to get to and the staff were friendly. It is dog friendly and we got a dog bed and welcome pack for our dog. It’s a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Toledo.

The parking was paid (next door €17/day). However, the hotel didn’t give us instructions before we checked in and we had to park outside, checkin and then go to the car park. Unfortunately, 3 other people turned up at the same time as us so it was very chaotic and blocked the road. I’m not sure why they couldn’t have just given us directions to the car park beforehand as it would have been a lot less stressful for everyone!

No Bar, No Restaurant - mediocre breakfast. Just an expensive Motel

Beautiful building modern facilities and outstanding breakfast which was only 11 euros when booked with reception on arrival. This included Prosecco.

Shame there wasn’t a bar in the hotel as I didn’t find that many in Toledo that I wanted to spend any time in.

My wife and I had her family stay, 3 rooms and we travel with 2 French Bulldogs. They make it so easy, no extra fees, no hassle, just awesome. 2nd time we've stayed there and we'll be back.
