Hotel does not store luggage before or after your stay. Needed to rent storage locker about 10 minute walk.9

The check-in process is efficient, a code is sent via message to open the door, then you find the keys in the room. The room is a very good size, the bathroom is very comfortable and so is the bed. The location is 10/10 if you are staying in Toledo. The tourist band was a very welcome gift, as it gave us a set of tourist spots to visit. If you take the L12 bus it drops you off a corner away from the entrance. The lobby being locked by a pin also helped us feel more secure.

There is a very popular beer bar a short walk away, and at night we were often woken up by shouting and people walking by and talking loudly as the room was not very soundproof.

Great sound isolation, super comfortable towells, good bed, good shower, easy checkin/check out. in the heart of Toledo, easy to reach all atractions.

all fine with the hotel. the only caveat is that, being in the middle of the historic center, it can be a challenging walk if you have luggage. I did not, so it was ok.

The location was excellent however it was not by a taxi stand.

The manager was difficult and rude to deal with. We communicated via whatapp text. I went to get into bed exhausted at 8pm and the sheets hadn't been changed from the last person!!!! They were wrinkled,a bit brown and had loads of his and her hairs on them!!! The manager told me that I was lying basically, but I kept on and sent her photos. She said they lived an hour away to bring me clean sheets.. I waited and waited.. finally they were changed at 11pm!! The person changing them apologized in Spanish and said they'd been sent by the laundry dirty!!!! REALLY!!!Then I needed a taxi upon leaving to go to the station. They said they could not order a taxi... she sent me a photo of a taxi stand about 390meters away... not good.. over cobbles with my case as a single older person!!!!Not friendly at all.The room was so small I had to walk sideways around the bed and to sit on the toilet!

Lack of breakfast

Both check in and check out were very easy. The only thing I would point out is the lack of lockers. Something that is already noticed but seeing the space they have, could be enabled.

They should put more amenities, if we are two travelers 3 days you can not put a small bottle of shampoo and a small bottle of gel.

Location and the room. There was lots of windows and it was big.

The room was cooler than I like and I didn't find the remote for the heater.

Very nice location and room. My access card stopped working and the staff could help immediately via WhatsApp. Quiet & cosy. Restaurants and breakfast locations in walking range. The included bracelet for attractions is a nice bonus. Definitely worth a visit..

Very friendly and helpful hostess met us on arrival, gave us a map, and advised on restaurants. We had the use of a kitchen and refrigerator. Excellent location in the heart of the city.

A little noisy at night,

The location in Jewish Quarter was close to the city center, but not as crowded. The room was large, modern, and clean.

Location was excellent. Check-in was easy. No one was at reception but inquiries and concerns were addressed promptly via emails.

It was noisy outside at night time. Park at Santo Tomé when staying there.
