Loved the room, breakfast, location. Staff was helpful. Perfect dinner recommendation. The ruins beneath the hotel were very interesting.

Great location and 5 star comfort.

The breakfast was not up to the standard of the hotel. Also, you would think they would have a valet service considering the price they charge….They have no parking, but this hiccup could be easily resolved with a map sent to everyone who reserves of the nearest parking space so people aren’t confused and lost to fin the hotel. < - this would of saved us one hour of our time

Centrally located, nice room, very nice staff and helpful at the reception.

Quite disappointed during the breakfast, the staff was most of the time in the kitchen, took a long time to get some eggs and to renew the plates. It will be nice to have some more vegetables.

I informed the hotel we would arrive at 3pm and yet it took slightly over one hour to get a room. That is not acceptable.Taxi drop-off and pick up distance to the hotel is difficult if one is laden with luggage. Travelling up or down on cobblestone is difficult for us over 70 or age.Communication with the staff is difficult. For example, one night the hotel made taxi reservations for a restaurant distant from the hotel. Upon return, the restaurant could not arrange a taxi because there was a foot race around the cathedral area. It was not fun for my wife to walk in high heels on cobblestone. Hotel staff should have known about the race and informed us accordingly.Not enough storage space for a one week stay. Disappointing breakfast.Manager was never available

This is a beautiful boutique hotel located a block away from the Cathedral in the historic Toledo centre, accessed for a short distance by foot on a narrow lane. Facilities are relatively new and renovated in a complex of old buildings. Our room was quiet and well apointed, if a little small. Very nice breakfast room with an exceptional breakfast and good service.

This property might be best if not travelling by car, as there is no on site parking. Be prepared to drag your luggage a fair distance from the nearest parking structure up narrow and steep cobbled streets. Parking is also limited at nearby Aparcamiento Santo Tomé - we had to wait in a queue to get a parking space.

Didn't like that the guest couldn't use pool unless they booked the spa was there 5 days and we couldn't use pool no other actives at hotel.

Modern and clean. Walking distance to downtown and many shopping and eating areas.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location right next to the cathedral. The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast in the hotel was very good. The staff was very helpful with food recommendations and arranging a taxi to the train station. Perfect for a solo female traveler.

very difficult to get to in the old town by car. Breakfast was not worth the price and we elected to eat outside instead. They provided good recommendation.

Really feels special, a modern hotel built around some ancient walls comfortable and classy. Very close to the cathedral in the old town so don't expect to have a taxi to the door or easy parking is not that kind of place.For Spain the breakfast was far beyond the usual with many choices beyond just cakes.Late checkout is the norm.

Rooms were beautiful. We had a lovely patio and could enjoy a morning coffee listening to the sounds of the city. The breakfast was also excellent. Staff was very helpful - went above and beyond, pointing us to a great late-night restaurant and retreiving a forgotten power adapter. And location was excellent, right by the Cathedral. It seemed that every destination I put into my map app said a 6 minute walk! Would definitely stay here again.
