They forgot to clean our room one day.

The property was beautiful. The views were exceptional.

The bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep my entire stay. My body was achy from the hard mattress and pillows.

The staff was very welcoming and willing to assist. Great breakfasts at the hotel cafeteria. Nice views of Toledo from the hotel.

staff and guests smoking outdoors right under view windows where outdoor restaurant is located and/or in doorway of reception area so the smoke penetrates the building. If you open windows to city view side you might catch smoke rather than fresh air.

I would return to this hotel.

I booked 4 rooms and the best room which is referred to as luxury was very smelly like the sewer system is in the room. My friends in this room were not happy.

Awesome Customer Service, all the staff we came accross were very hospitable: Fidel at the reception, our waiter for dinner and the Elkie for breakfast.Great parking, amazing views, clean, restaurant on site (tasty dinner) and coffee/ breakfast available in morning.Dinner: We had a light dinner, Salad, Garlic Shrimp, Roasted artichokes with Ham ( mind blowing)We had a nice size terrace with great viewGreat Value. This a hidden gem.

The room was small and simple, but had all the basic needs, including a mini fridge (great if you are carrying food). The bed was really nice, the mattress was firm, which I love. The staff was very friendly. The view though, from their restaurant/coffee external area, is simply gorgeous. It's very quiet around, and you can hear animals at night, that's how quiet it is. Would definitely recommend if you have the money.

The price. While I understand, it's still double what I could pay in other places. But I get it.

Not the hotel’s fault but a city water main broke and we didn’t have water for a day-but we survived.

Great view and vista. Easy to find and ample parking. Lovely staff.

It could have used more wait staff, in the morning especially. Waited for coffee and to order breakfast -- they were working as quickly as they could.

The location is excellent for the beautiful views, proximity to town without the hassle of traffic.

It needs a few updates and fixes.

A pitty that with 35 degrees centigrade lasting several days they did not open the swiming pool which seemed ready?

Unfortunately, there was a long power cut and no provision of anything to eat, even cold food.

1. Stunning view — it's something everyone talks about.2. Friendly staff. Everyone is great. The typically serious Spanish expressions they use when joking can be fun once you get used to them.3. Food. Not only are the prices reasonable, but the food is genuinely delicious. I recommend not just the breakfast but also dinner. Even if you're staying elsewhere, it's worth coming here for a meal.

Throughout our stay, children were laughing and chatting, but it didn’t bother us — it actually felt like a southern Spanish resort. Other than that, there were no downsides.

The grounds are beautiful.

•The walking distance was about 45 min to the old town gates. Then more walking in the old town. •The beds are hard. •Their waiter Javier was rude and disrespectful.

Had very reasonable a la carte breakfast. Just outside of Toledo so birds were chirping in the morning. The bed we had was VERY large —> 96” wide x 80”. Yes, the whole family can fit in it!

Didn’t know that quiet time was at midnight. There was a busload of people that had lots of fun!

Lovely setting overlooking the city. Always a friendly welcome and very comfortable and clean.

Perfect close, safe, free parking. I asked for a view room and they did a great job of accommodating! Bar tender at off hours was also accommodating. Bus was convenient to get to the Toledo city center and back.
