RM 212 - spacious with amazing wrap around patio with direct views of the Toledo Alcantara. Short distance for easy or difficult paths to old city.

Bed was very firm... nothing to correct, just outside of personal taste.

We booked because there is underground parking, this wasn’t available when we arrived, but the on street parking was free for the duration of our stay.

The room was great! Very clean and great lighting. The bed was very comfortable and it was a close walk to the train station. They let me check in an hour early which was very helpful.

The hotel is somewhat of a walk to the center of Toledo. This was fine for me because it was a much closer walk to the train station which was important to me because I had luggage and did not want to get a taxi. But be prepared for a hike uphill to Toledo's city center.

Let's start with the staff, they are friendly, welcoming and treat you as a friend. The hotel is conveniently located 6 to 10 car ride to most of the attractions.The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, nice walking shower. The breakfast had an excellent variety.We will definitely come back to this location.

Room basic and unwelcoming. Down long corridor, and dark. Tiny window overlooking air conditioning equipment. Room was expensive, sold with air conditioning but this was switched off centrally overnight! Very uncomfortable. Staff not helpful.

Room was large. We had a large patio that offered pretty good views. Location was great and you could walk to many restaurants and attractions.

The patio furniture had bird poop all over it. Front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful. The on-site parking was full and they told us we needed to park at a different lot, but did not provide a name or direction as to where the lot was. It turned out the lot can be seen from the hotel, and is not underground. It was cheaper than the on-site parking.

Secure parking. Location not to far into the old town. Accessible by a series of escalators.

Cheap toilet paper and toiletries. Breakfast not great.

Perfect location for visiting the old town. Very nice welcome from reception( Carlos). Huge room, clean, comfortable bed. Secure parking underground.

Staffing behind the bar should be improved. The young girl serving us a drink was very rude, slammed the drink down in front of us. The poor women serving breakfast on her own was overworked and after 15 minutes we left as we hadn’t even had our order taken. She worked hard but needed help.
