Hotel Los Cigarrales

Hotel Los Cigarrales is affordable, well-located, easily accessible by car and by bus (Line 7.1), and just minutes' drive from all three viewpoints (Mirador de Toledo). The staff were friendly, helpful, and generous in allowing us to check in earlier than our expected arrival time. The double rooms we booked were clean and tidy. The ground floor had a public area with a vending machine and microwave, convenient for travelers to have a snack or simple dinner. The hotel offered both a buffet breakfast and pay-what-you-eat options. Although we left early in the morning and were unable to enjoy the breakfast there, I'm sure the quality of service would be as satisfying as our overall experience at this hotel.

Lovely setting, away from the hustle and noise of the old town. Bus stop directly outside the hotel and just €1.40 to the main square from there. Or around €8 by taxi. Friendly staff and very comfortable. Good value hotel.

Nice stay outside of the city. There's a bus that comes every hour but we decided to walk into the city. Nice staff, clean room and the pool was great on a sunny day!

Fantastic 2 star hotel. Large rooms with views over Toledo (at front). Exceedingly comfortable bed, excellent shower (hot and full pressure). Staff helpful and attentive. Has small communal balcony (1st floor) to have your own breakfast (drinks machine and microwave available). Swimming pool was being renovated, but should be good come summer - Note pool is SMALL, but enough to cool down in. We drove there, free parking for c.10-15 cars outside hotel / across the road (but cannot reserve). Can walk into Toledo in c.15 mins or 5 mins in a car and park just around the roundabout for free (not in parking controlled zones) before you reach Puente San Martin (controlled parking) entrance to Toledo. Enjoyed our stay there!

Nothing really... we enjoyed our stay and had no issues.

This was a return visit & certainly won't be the last. This little 2* hotel punches above its weight. Staff are so helpful & friendly its a joy to arrive. The decor is modern/minimalist but so comfortable with nice social spaces. Cleanliness is superb. Location is perfect if travelling with good free parking & very accessible to the city.

The temperature in the room. Way too hot. January 21 and we slept with the window wide open and still very hot in the room.Noisy. We could hear someone snorring in the next room.

Nothing all was good .

Super convenient to visit the walled city. Bus stop was right in front of the hotel. Parking is either in front of the hotel or directly across the street. Super safe neighborhood. Staff provided me with map, bus schedule and knew what the fare was. Room was remodeled and stylish. Great mattress. Pillows were hard.

Very smart hotel, nice spacious rooms, ours had a terrace with good views of the city across the valley, price reasonable considering the elevated prices of accommodation in Toledo, comprehensive breakfast, well located for onward travel.

Limited parking, although there was an area across the road that served as overspill, we liked the walk into the city but it probably takes 20 minutes and involves some hills so might not suit everyone, the breakfast arrangements were a little strange - although it was a buffet you had to be served by someone and ask for items that couldn’t be seen - going back for more felt a bit like Oliver! No restaurant on the evening we were there, generally felt a little understaffed and not particularly welcoming.

Good location outside the city using the no 71 bus which cost 1.40 euros and took about 15 minutes to reach the alcazar. We ate lunch and dinner in Toledo. There were quite a lot of parking spaces near the hotel. Breakfast was very good with a very happy lady serving from a buffet

A 3 star at 2 star price. It was close to the other venue Hotels for my daughter’s wedding and a 15min walk to Toledo center.

I felt a bit scared for elderly to shower due to risk of falling.

Everything was great. It was a shame about limited parking spaces but managed and pool was a little grubby.

The hotel has a very good location, has a beautiful view of Toledo from our balcony, very well kept hotel, very good breakfast and the service was excellent.Parking in front and across the street at no cost.
