Very clean

Noisy and window blind was broken and didn’t go all the way down and I was on first floor

Clean, welcoming, wonderful staff, enjoyable breakfast to start the day.

I loved that it was quiet and near the river where there is a beautiful walking path. People were fishing and walking their dogs. Very peaceful and what I needed to relax. The señor in the morning even called the taxi for me.

Loved the location. It was out of the center city and along the river. Just a few minutes walk, up hill, to the city center. Lovely walking trail along the river. Easy small breakfast with coffee and toast.

kind staff, it’s good if you have a car, hotel facing a river.

What made our stay was the unbelievably great hospitality demonstrated by our host (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) who repeatedly went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. He's an unfailingly pleasant and energetic man who seemed to be everywhere at once. The hotel was fine, but our host was exceptional. Thank you.

It could have been less hilly in Toledo.

The hotel is in a pretty setting next to the river. Jusn the manager is fabulous, nothing is too much trouble, he us kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area.

The room was extremely small, the bathroom even smaller , there was a shelving unit above the toilet, you hit your head every time you sat down. The bed and pillows where not good quality. The main problem however was the paper thin walls.

The beautiful terrace over El Tajo River, amazing sunset and fantastic dawn! The room is comfortable well decorated, I would just improve the mattress, it would deserve something better! The breakfast is fantastic, Juan is a super host very friendly and helpful, this is definitely a grand spot to visit Toledo, due to the quiet location away from all of us the annoying tourists :) I reckon the best of Toledo are the view points the walks outside by the river… in this Hotel was perfect to get a countryside feeling of this beautiful town!!

The location was amazing. Really loved the family environment there. Breakfast was fantastic and only 5 euros. I will stay there again.

I am retired and it was a bit hard to get up the stairs with my luggage....I doubt they could put in an elevator even if they wanted to, but be prepared.

The hotel is small but very nice and clean. You can walk to all the attractions. The hotel is by the river. Parking is not a problem.

They speak very poor English at the reception.

The hotel was good value and the room was overall clean.

There's no staff from 2pm, so keep an eye on your email for the access codes. The room was small, and the bathroom very cramped, with a mould patch on the ceiling above the shower (the head of which needed a clean inside as it sprayed all over the place). The ceiling of the bedroom around the air con was also a bit grubby, there was plaster broken by the window, and my room had no view. It's also not well sound proofed at all - when anyone draws water it's noisy in the room, and any movement in the corridor is very loud. Earplugs are your friend.It's not a BAD place to stay, but it is the only one that disappointed on this trip.There are no shops or cafés nearby, so be prepared to walk up the hill to the old town to get something to eat.

The hotel is easily accessible from a beautiful riverside path making impressive walks easily possible. The hotel was cool and people were friendly.

I had the room with the smallest bathroom (based on fire-exit plan displayed on the back of the door), in my room the toilet was so squeezed between the shower and the sink that it was hard to sit on, this isn't an issue for other rooms as far as I could see.It was a long climb uphill in the heat to get to the town centre, so I tended to avoid doing it.

I loved the breakfast with fresh fruits, fresh orange juice, tomato toast, and good coffee. The bed was confortable as well.

Location:it's located close to downtown, easy access, but you need to walk uphill towards the center, which i don't mind. Next to the river, which is nice.

Room: Very thin wall, you can literally hear all conversations/noises happen in other rooms and hallways. Don't recommend. The room itself is very small too, barely have any space other than the bed and batch room. Staff: This place doesn't have any staff for the most of the time. I think they have people there for help maybe 4 hours per day, and they don't tend to stay for the full 4 hours.

Great location

No where did booking.com indicate that I would receive the door keypad info thru the Whatsup app when i booked the room and when we got to the hotel, no one was there. We waited 6 his before another person staying in the hotel told me that's where I would find the info to get in since there were no employees working . That was utterly ridiculous and was very stressful. I expected communication via a text or email. This was not a good experience.
