Excellent good location, beautiful historical building, mirador with an amazing view on the cathedral, very comfortable and clean rooms, great breakfast, everything was nice, thank you.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast. Wonderful historical building in a great location for walking the city.
Good location in the city center, late check in possibility, and amazing view from the rooftop terrace (which is also open day and night, you can have a snack there, meet sunrise/sunset, etc.). Overall, the hotel is very historical.
Cleaniness of the rooms could be improved.
The tile, woodwork, furniture were perfect for the area. Great staff.
Unfortunately it rained my one full day but that isn’t the property’s fault. Walking is steep as one would expect.
A wonderful little hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and nice! The breakfast area was very nice and the offerings were great!
Parking was obviously a little difficult!!
We were fortunate to have an incredible view of the cathedral from our room. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace which had an even better view. The location was perfect, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Wonderful location, terrific staff, comfortable room, lovely breakfast, everything tidy and easy. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.
Great location and a beautiful room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast available.
The room could have been just a bit larger—but it IS a historic place, so I understand that it was not possible.
The location was awesome, the staff was very helpful, the rooftop terrace was by far the best part. We brought a picnic up and enjoyed the lights and stars over the Cathedral and Alcazar.
The spiral staircase to the rooftop terrace was a bit tight.
