Great location and good value for money

Air conditioning on lower floors doesnt work well

The heating was too low and probably limited, i couldn't increase it but it's true that i could inform to the reception but it was just a night.

This hotel is very well located quite close to Zocodover Plaza which is the city centre. There is not much pedestrian traffic late at night so good sleep is possible. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Front desk staff were quite helpful with recommendations. There are many good restaurants within easy walking distance. We would stay here again.

The hotel restaurant was very brightly lit so lacked atmosphere for dinner. Food was good but not exceptional.

No kettle or coffee/tea in the room, and not enough garbage bins in the room.

Hard to drop off luggage before heading to parking because of location in a pedestrian zone.

Room was a little noisy due to some drunk people walking in the streets , but you cant control that, but other then that it was good.

Everything perfect, very modern, clean, perfect location, great room. Parking is 5 min away, quite convenient. Located in the heart of toledo close to everything.

Nothing we disliked

My wife and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. Check in was easy. The location was excellent, just off Plaza Zocodover. Room #11 was excellent with a king size, comfortable bed, a great walk-in shower with good water pressure and lots of hot water, beautiful windows and a wooden beam ceiling. The breakfast was delicious and buffet-style with the option for cooked-to-order eggs. Since we arrived by train from Madrid, it was easy to take a taxi to the hotel, dropping us off at the front door. Highly recommended.

We paid for a king suite but when we got to the room no 16 it was very noisy as the only window overlooked the atrium of the hotel and the people talking in the atrium was so loud. We asked to move rooms and were given a deluxe double with no offer of a king suite or a refund of the difference It does not have a balcony as advertised but doors that open to the atrium

Loved everything about this hotel experience. The location was amazing and the bar/ courtyard was beautiful. We sat and played cards as a family. The staff was fantastic!

The reception staff were absolutely amazing. Helpful, friendly, interested. Give them a pay rise. Our breakfast waitress on our first morning was also fantastic (Tuesday 29th April).The decor is really cosy and clean.Very comfortable and clean roomGreat central location.

Cant think of anything other than maybe vegetarian sausages on the breakfast menu.

Booked this experience for my parents who really enjoyed the warmth of the staff, the location of the hotel and the room they've got.

Excellent location off of the main plaza in the old town, classy, very large room, very comfortable. Great shower and large bathroom. Nice and helpful staff.

Breakfast in the restaurant was good but not above average.

We especially appreciated Ava who served us in the cafe multiple times. She was super helpful and provided very interesting details about the history of the property.

The decor and the fact that they had Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom. Moreover, the bed was really comfortable!

The facility is very close to plaza zocodover. Well kept and amazing service - the front desk employee (sorry, I don’t remember her name - had a slightly German accent) was absolutely lovely and made everything easy for us.

Very nice hotel with modern facilities. I would choose it. Very friendly and professional staff.

Unfortunately on the last night the noise from the bar restaurant could be heard in our room on the 1st floor which was near the stairs and did not let us sleep until 01:00 a.m. The management will have to address the issue and separate and soundproof this space. I'm sure they were aware of the noise pollution problem faced by the first floor rooms near the stairs.
