Eurostars Palacio Buenavista

It was definitely better than a 5 star experience. We lacked for nothing the food was fantastic accommodations were better than expected for a 5 star hotel

There was nothing lacking for the hotel it was exceptional value exception service quality cleanliness and convenience

Wonderful hotel lovely rooms and stuff.

Spa facilitiies were ok but the room of the massage was dead cold. Also too many people in the facilities from outside the hotel and crowded on weekends.

The room was spacious and the bed was so comfy they have bath tub our room was on a great view the mountain and the river in which the sunset was amazing

You need a car to go to the old town ( 12 mints )as for the restaurant we didnt find variety for us as vegeterian food

Location: Toledo is a 25 mn walk, very agreeable in a nice weatherHotel: exceptional, very warm, richly decorated.Breakfast: one of the best I have experiencedStaff: helpful and well informed Restaurant: tasty while you are nicely seated

The access to the sauna is billed 130 euros for an hour, very dissuasive. Parking is 11 euros per day.

This was our second time at EUROSTARS PALACIO BUENAVISTA. The location is great and the property is stunning. Our room was a Deluxe, very large and beautiful in the original palace. The staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The terrace is one of the nicest anywhere.

Perfect place to stay!

Beautiful hotel, big rooms. Comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Nice to have a pool in the hotel. But when it gets busy, not enough space for everyone. You need to have a car or call for a taxi to go to Toledo

Property is nice, but without transportation you are stocked

Nothing rude

We arrived at 1130am and we're not allowed into the hotel because there was a guard outside turning everyone away they would not even let us store our luggage there so we had to have the taxi driver take us to another hotel highly do not recommend this they also said check in was at 4pm after I called the night before. This hotel is not centralized near the city

Disappointing

Booked a hotel with a swimming pool and it was closed only to be opened June 21st according to the staff. It was a boiling hot day. Maybe the hotel located in the middle of Spain should consider opening the pool a bit earlier than the first day o summer? Staff wasn’t so nice. They claimed the information was on their website but I booked on Booking and it wasn’t there. Location is out of town. All things considered it wasn’t a good value for the money and I wouldn’t go back.

Huge comfortable bed, bathroom separate from the sleeping area so late night needs did not wake the other sleeper! Herbal tea a nice surprise!

Was not a smart TV and I couldn’t watch the French Open replays ?

Beautiful facility! First class! Excellent room size, comfortable bed, exceeded our expectations. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is wonderful. The room was large, quiet, comfortable and faced the sights of Toledo! Breakfast was excellent. The front desk was able to order a taxi to town within 5 minutes every time. While it was not in old town Toledo, it was in a very quiet location right next to an Aldi and within a 5 minute (10E) taxi ride to and from old town. We would stay here again.

Everything elese was up to thier standards

For three days they did not have butter in the breakfast, I think that a buffet that cost 20€ per head, cannot miss a single item. Packed Butter is easy to replace with butter from the kitchen but nobody from the staff empower himself or herself to solve an issue with a costumer, the answer was “sorry, we run out” the last days after my complaint, butter arrived to the hotel.

Good breakfast, nice junior suite, good service, close to toledo old town, valet parking (more or less), room service food was good

When we came, nobody meet us, they took luggage just after i told them, long time was wasted for registration at reception, at spa nobody meet us?, but after woman came and told us that impossible to swim with a kid(8years)…and after she offer us executive room with pool, sauna and steam room, just for us for 110€/h…In order not to upset the kid, we agreed…Real price and price at booking was different

Reception staff can be better. They are sometimes in moods , like you would bother them, fake attitude

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are extremely large and comfortable. There was ample Free parking in the attached parking lot under the hotel. We were concerned about parking because Booking.com stated there is no parking, but this was not correct. No problem with parking. The Spa and gym were very nice. The temperature in the gym was not very cool however. The drive to the free parking lot by historic city center is only 7 minutes. Walking from the hotel to the city center is not feasible since the hotel is situated outside and highways are the main connection and not walking paths. Using Taxis or own car is the best option.

Pillows were somewhat uncomfortable. When we arrived the toilet was not clean. Housekeeping could do a better job. Would be nice to be able to cool down the gym more during exercise. The controls did not allow sufficient cooling.

Has not been refurbished in decades, and placed outside the city in the middle of cheap hotels on the road.

A wonderful hotel with a good design and away from the bustle of the city, an outdoor pool, the hotel grounds are spacious and clean, a spa, a gym, everything is provided to guests!
