    • It was an amazing stay for my partner and me. We came to visit Toledo, and the place is an absolute gem located on a hill surrounded by olive trees with a beautiful view of Toledo's old city. It is just about 10 minutes from the center, and you enjoy a resort-level hotel with a high-level restaurant and facilities. The hotel was renovated in 2024, so everything still feels new and untouched. The service was exceptional, and everything was way above my expectations. I can't wait to visit the hotel in the summer.
    • Feels to be a brand new hotel, room was very comfortable.
    • Beautifully located in a quiet setting with lots of parking and all the amenities. The property has been completely renovated and every detail has been taken care of. The restaurant and terrace are lovely and the terrace has incredible city views. Breakfast is delicious with something for every taste. The lunch and dinner menus have a good selection. The staff are welcoming and attentive. We look forward to our next stay!

    Cons -

    • Difficult to get the right water temperature. Loud noise in the room when the next door room got the shower running. Breakfast was not impressive.
    • Nothing to mention. The hotel is beautiful and staff take great care of the guests.
    • Any request we had, was met with above and beyond expectations of hosting and products. I have no complaints at all. Indeed, they went beyond and above in every single aspect.

The breakfast was excellent beyond regular expectations for this rating of hotel. Wonderful attentive staff and the quality of the food was exceptional. The hosts were tremendously gracious and definitely a place to the discerning client looking for a peaceful wonderful detailed space to rest and enjoy some the of best views of Toledo.

Any request we had, was met with above and beyond expectations of hosting and products. I have no complaints at all. Indeed, they went beyond and above in every single aspect.

Natural materials in the design, spacious including the bathroom, classy but with a rural feel, with a restaurant surrounded by olive trees.

Surprised there were no coffee/tea facilities or fridge in the room. The room was overpriced like everything in Toledo. Car or taxi needed to reach the town.

    9RosaPosted on: 1-7-2025

The property is beautiful and has nice views of the old city. Staff is friendly. Has a restaurant.

If traveling with family, be advised that the bathroom has a glass/transparent door. It is not facing the beds, it faces the closets and entrance door, so is relatively private.

Location, design, very friendly helpfull staff, fantastic breakfast

    7KatrinaPosted on: 12-5-2024

Nice hotel on the outskirts of town.

Distance from Toledo old town was a little deceptive in the information, claiming it was walkable. On arrival reception advised it was too dangerous to walk. Restaurant and coffee service did not operate all day and there was no coffee making service in the room. On the whole disappointing.

Excellent location with easy access and parking in a tranquil area. Amazing view of Toledo’s city.Delicious food and friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

    Poor online presence.

The hotel and rooms are new and gorgeous. Lots of variety for breakfast. Beautiful garden and parking was perfect.

The pool was closed as of September 15th and there was not much to do around. No bar or snack place between meals.

A newish hotel with good parking and a nicely laid out entrance with great planting and water features. Rooms on the back of the hotel would have had a great view over the city but we looked over the car park and the countryside beyond. Easy to get a taxi into town and plenty of taxis around to get back.

There were very few staff in evidence and those that there were seemed less than friendly (after a month touring Spain this was wholly unexpected). There was an influx of guests in the evening who had come to attend a wedding and were having a party on the terrace just below our bedroom window. The party was in full swing when we were trying to go to sleep so we couldn’t have our window open. If there was to be a large private party surely they should have put us in a bedroom in a different part of the hotel which was certainly not full. When my husband complained we were told that as we had booked some months previously this was the room we were allotted which made no sense to us at all. On our second night there was a very noisy party in what appeared to be a hotel up above us which blasted out heavy bass music and a rowdy DJ until after 2am - very little sleep to be had - maybe not the hotel’s fault but not what we had anticipated when we booked an out of town hotel in order to have peace and quiet. The swimming pool had closed the week before which was a further disappointment. Breakfast was both expensive and the least adequate we have had on our holiday with no yoghurt (pretty much a basic everywhere), a coffee machine which kept running out of water and unpalatable juice. We did not try eating in the dining room for dinner as there was no one else there. We did have a drink in the under cover terrace area in the evening (no snack offered with these) which was a nice place to sit but the terrace itself, with its lovely view, was rather bleak with a few high bar stools at metal tables - a missed opportunity. We asked for an adjustment to our bill for the sleepless nights and after some effort and discussion by the staff with the owner, were given a very minor reduction. Our view is that this is a hotel which, with a little thought could be good but which is probably not making money and is therefore cutting corners leading to less satisfied customers.

Great spot for those visiting Toledo with a car, a wonderful view over the city, with a terrace to watch the sun go down and the city’s lights turn on. The pool area is well maintained. Nice to see Olive, Apple and pomegranate trees around the property laden with fruit. The place has a feeling of character despite it being new.

We possibly visited just as the season started to end so the hotel felt a bit dead, and in the evening the restaurant looked closed and no one was there. We were served, and some bits of the food were good (eg the courgette flowers) and others really quite bad - the tagliatelle was possibly the most tasteless pasta I’ve ever had. The food and drinks were very expensive. Likewise breakfast wasn’t great for this sort of establishment. In the rooms, the bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on, and the air con turned off in the night and we had to ring for them to reboot. It worked after that.

    Beautiful hotel lovely staff .

They seem to have a problem with wasps not sure if it is the time of year . They have lovely balcony but no chairs but I was thinking is this because of the wasps they do not want you to seat outside .

A nice welcome on arrival, Inside and out everything looked brand new. Invitation to rest and have a refreshing drink from iced flavoured water.Room was immaculate, well equipped, a veranda with stunning views Free covered parking kept our car cooler.

I would only suggest that the app “What Three Words” is used to identify the location. We were on a motoring tour and locating it would have been easier.

Brand new hotel, beautifully designed and decorated. Well equipped and comfortable rooms. Amazing views. Lots of free parking. The staff we interacted with were all friendly and helpful, providing maps and information about Toledo. Hotel is situated outside Toledo but the city is easy to navigate and there is free parking close to the city. We didn't use the hotel restaurant and breakfast as we were discouraged by the negative reviews about cost and service. We stayed 2 nights so that we could visit Toledo.

At times the place seemed deserted and we weren't sure if the terrace bar was open or not. Either way it wasn't possible to enjoy the terrace due to the persistent wasps. We have kept bees so don't mind insects but these wasps were a bit too much. It was the same by the pool area which was a real pity. I understand from the staff that they have fumigated the premises. I also understand that september is the worst time for wasps so don't be too put off.One really big complaint would be NO furniture on our balcony! Hopefully that will be sorted soon.

The hotel is brand new but has been tastefully constructed to resemble a large villa. It is spotlessly clean and has a very calm feel. The food was very good but some may find it a little expensive. The view across the valley to Toledo is second to none absolutely fantastic.

Beautiful new hotel with superb people supporting the guests

Only downside and seriously not sure what you could do about this - the wasps! Every outside coat accompanied by marauding wasps

Beautiful location overlooking Toledo, a spectacular view during both the day and the night when the buildings are lit. Nice rooms, good bathrooms.

Everything is just off.. the hotel is brand new with amazing views but it makes all the wrong choices. Breakfast could only be served indoor with the air-con on while weather was perfect to sit outside. The pool was only open from 11 in the morning. When we got back from a hot day in the city we were hoping to enjoy lunch at the pool terrace, but although they had a cute covered terrace no drinks and no food was served. Lunch had to be in the indoor restaurant and was a disaster, not enough staff so long wait, dirty tables. Food unimpressive. We ended up going to the parador next door with the same views and a beautiful terrace for drinks and food!

Great location with views over Toledo skyline. Bran new rooms, warm materials and comfortable beds. Great signature breakfast with season specialties and ingredients.Eggs, XV olive juice and figs from the property a must.

Dinner: poor value for money . Wine list does not correspond with menu limited offer
