The front desk was very nice, the 12pm check out time, the luggage room, the view, the Christmas decorations in the lobby
Location and grandeur of an historic property with superb views and copious delicious breakfast
Beds hard, pillows not fluffy, and wifi hard to come by
Fabulous location and gorgeous room. I stayed in a Superior Double Room based off of the photos online and thought it was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom was also newly renovated and felt very luxurious. The hotel itself is in an amazing location, right in the heart of Ceuta with the ocean on either side and an incredible church and courtyard located right across from the hotel's entrance. The staff were also amazing and able to accomadate my request of an extra night. Big thank you to Sergio at the bar who was able to give us some great recommendations for dinner and put up with our yapping for a few hours. Also to the pool lifegaurd, who we also probably greatly annoyed (although you wouldn't know it, he was a pleasure) and gave us some great information about the history of Ceuta. This is a hotel I will highly recommend to anyone visiting!
Great location, nice premises (pool, garden), rooms are basic but decent, as is breakfast.
Staff really charming and unbelievably helpful. Juan contacted a Moroccan guide for us who drove us all over northern Morocco for 9 hours for a very reasonable price. Would return in a heartbeat.
Facilities older but renovated and clean.
Great location, large and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel is located perfectly, just in front of the central street. The staff was very helpful and explained all the opportunities of the town. The waiting hall was very comfortable and prepared for Christmas.
The pool was closed since it was expected to use it. The breakfast should have more options of the food. No gym it was possible to find.
The balcony and the view to the sea. The room has all the facilities you need. The furnitures shapes an unique luxurious style and atmosphere during the stay. The staff was very helpful and explained all the opportunities of the town.
The pool was closed. The breakfast looked overpriced and very simple, at least it was optional.
Beautiful period hotel, very helpful staff and comfortable, clean rooms. We had dinner at the hotel which was exceptional. Very high standard.
The location of the hotel is perfect and is a big plus. Close to everything. A walking distance to the city center, restaurants, shopping streets and the corniche. The view from the room is stunning and the beds are comfortable. Kind staff.
Good stay overall. The corridor rug can either be cleaned, replaced or removed. The bathroom may need some fresh touches.
Location and parking are perfect
The hotel could use a make over and the young boy at the reception was not in a good mood.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly
No gymnasium swimming pool not functioning because it was winter .The a la carte menu over the Christmas period was vas very poor.
It was very spacious and on an excellent location.
Only bad thing was internet was kept disrupting.
Very good breakfast, friendly staff, nice pool and outdoor area. Loved our sea view from our royal balcony.
The hotel is somewhat outdated. However there is very little choice in Ceuta, so still the best we have had so far.
The location was perfect! I loved the room, balcony, nice bar and pool, friendly staff, and the breakfast.
The fact that the maids are cleaning rooms and in the hallways making noise. The tables and chairs screech which is annoying and the hotel should get pads for under the legs of the tables and chairs. Otherwise, all fine.
The best location in town in the main square. Only a short walk to the ferry terminal. The beach is a few steps away as is the restaurants and nightlife and shopping districts. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was magnificent.
