Perfect downtown location, very practical when traveling with children

Both rooms were quite dark, with no windows to the outside (only facing the corridor), and the sound insulation was poor. We went directly to the hotel and rang the doorbell several times with no response, only to find out later that check-in was in another hotel building, which was not mentioned in the Booking reservation. We had two rooms, so this was especially inconvenient with luggage

In the city center main avenue

Check in area and reported an issue on the night of our stay, a stranger manage to open our lock door using the keys and it was a breach of security. We called up the front desk staff and reported this issue. I do hope the property management will take a look and review the CCTV.

Nice stay. The property is located in the city center. The room was fair.

school children enjoy their playing field in the shared yard (can be noisy).

The room is clean yet a bit small, but good value for money. The hôtel is very well situated.

the rooms are close to each other and we hear the noisy residents. As you access the hôtel by code, there is no check in desk and I suspect that some rooms have more people and kids then what what is allowed.

I Have used this hotel many times as have my employees. Location is great and price is reasonable. However....

Room 310 and I suspect many others in the building has no natural light. There is a window that does not open which has blackout film applied. The room felt like a coffin.

Excellent staff, very helpful, polite and friendly. The toothbrush in the bathroom is a great addition.

The shutters did not work and there were no curtains on the door, so no way to block out the light or provide privacy.

Good location. Clean.

Didn’t get any information re access till late. No towels so had to go up to the ‘main’ hotel a few 5 minutes away. No hot water in the morning, and again that would have taken another walk, this time in very heavy rain. No phone access to the main hotel.

The room was comfy and so were the beds; the toilet was clean and they provided all the facilities listed on bookings. Many points go to the staff, extremely kind and helpful.

The check in was not in the structure, but it was in the Hotel close to it - they said it's temporary, but who knows

Clean room

Absolutely no where near to park. Room size was considerably smaller than advertised. Nobody at hotel, I was sent a message of another hotel nearby and a road name was given, however none of the surrounding streets had street names, so that was not much use. Totally disappointed and would not stay again!

Nice and quite

I woke up in the early hours of the morning and was thirsty, I looked for water in the small fridge, it was empty. There is no staff on site which is very bad should there be any emergency. I had to go out at 3:00 am to look for water, of course all the place were closed. I went to the main hotel Ulises and saw a member of the staff who informed thrre is no water and did not offer me a drink. He informed me thats how the company works.Very disappointed, how can the management allow such a situation? Very greedy people keeping all the profit by not supplying the very basic need of drinking water. I hope they rot in hell and thats I feel about this! Will never use their service again.

We absolutely loved the location of the hôtel.

the arrival instructions were not communicated clearly. Upon arriving, we couldn’t access the residence where our room was located because we needed a key. We tried calling the hotel using the number provided in the reservation, but there was no response. Desperate for help, we asked people on the street for information, and they informed us that we needed to go to another hotel just 100 meters away to check in and retrieve the keys. Unfortunately, this crucial detail was nowhere to be found in the reservation

New furniture from IKEA, new laminate floors. Nice AC in the room. Very comfortable bed. Some od the hotel staff are pleasant and helpful, helped with the taxi service, for example.

This is not a typical hotel experience, in a negative sense. Apparently, the room we were supposed to get was broken, therefore we were given an alternative apartment suite instead. The suite is nice, but unfinished. You can see drilling holes and the worst thing is the toilet, which is leaking and therefore causing a strong sewage smell in the bathroom which spreads to the entire apartment, making the entire apartment smell like sewers. The toilet ventilator doesn't work. The water pressure is very low and you have to wait very long for warm water to come up. In the evening and at night, there's no warm water at all. You have to check in and check out in the other hotel and there is no communication about it at the door, but they let you know upfront on booking via a private message. The hotel doesn't respond to private messages on booking at all. The hotel staff was nice, except one very unpleasant woman working there, very prude and unfriendly, further ruining the experience. If I were to choose, I wouldn't book this hotel again, knowing I will either get an unfinished sewage smelling room or be treated unpleasantly at the front desk, which isn't even in the hotel that I'll be accommodated in. The elevator is too small and the room door is incredibly loud. The cleaning staff cleans your room once and doesn't clean it again 2 days later, reason unknown. With all these factors in place, I would recommend to either provide customers with a discount or to warn them upfront that the room they paid for will be unavailable, and they'll be getting an unfinished sewage smelling room instead. I am still considering demanding at least a partial refund.

Locatiin is in city center.Easy walk to shopping places

Arrived late and there was no lobby to get access. Main doir was closed.Did not know what to do and My phone was not able to get the roaming working so we were stuck.We were waiting untill a client came to the hotel and told us to go to the other hotel called Ulises to get the room key. I wished they wrote something at the main entrance door to help.The internet was not working and the person at the hotel kibby did not speak english

Good hotel, not bad

Check in procedure was in an other associated hotel about 100 meters up the street. Must to pay and take key there. But they spoke English.

No balcony in the room and the view on the scool

The location is great and the rooms are nice - big windows with roll down to block out the noise and sun.

There was absolutely no communication from the staff about the procedure for check-in and check-out. There is no reception staff in the hotel and no instructions prior to stay, or posted at the hotel, to tell you how to checkin. I stood for 20 minutes before I read an old review and learned I had to go to the Ullises to check in. And when I did that, they didn't tell me the checkout procedures, so I had to go back and find that out myself. Despite multiple messages to the hotel in the booking.com app - none of them were seen or responded to. Very disappointing and rude.

Location

Caution: The hotel is at the address given, but there is no reception. Luckily, a passer-by helped us and told us that the reception was 100m away in another hotel. When we informed the receptionist about the problem, he replied incomprehensibly and pointed the cause of the problem back to us. However, it is still unclear to us how we were supposed to know that the reception was there...there was no corresponding information at the entrance door at the address given, nor on the hotel's own website, the booking platforms or in the booking confirmation. wouldn't come back - very unfriendly.

Modern clean rooms

Electric window blind was button operated & did not close properly. Room was very small, no reception in this building so didn’t feel as secure as a hotel.
