Alborán Algeciras

 the receptionist who works the evening shift. 3pm to 11pm was absolutely wonderful! She was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I was very impressed by her. please tell her that extends her thanks.

There were no other restaurants that were close by. The hotel restaurant was very good though.

the rooms needs a refresh in fourniture and beds doesn’t worth the price unfortunately & I won’t suggest it to no of my friends personally next year .

The interior design is lovely and creates a great atmosphere. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the staff was exceptionally professional and respectful throughout my stay.

Very helpful staff. I was able to leave luggage at the hotel which I collected on my return from Morocco.

The staff was very friendly and kind. As I see Algeciras maybe this hotel can be the best option. Rooms was very clean. Old hotel but everything felt nice and sincere.

Party all night in the hotel still going at 5am when we left for the ferryBathroom not clean Parking available on site but very busy, we had to wait in the car for someone to leave

The cafe is not staffed most of the time so you have to wait a long time for service. Far from center

The restaurant was the greatest although the daily menu was good value for money. Felt like a truckers hotel in the evening

Good location. Restaurant was nice and they even had gluten free (celiac proof) bread.

The room had very bad cigarette smell.

I personally liked the brown water feature in the bathrooms , Both the sink and shower dispensed brown water - something I had never seen offered before

The brown water coming from all taps - I changed rooms still had the same issue The lights in the hall ways did not work and the place was generally tired and run down

- it located in the middle of nowhere. Its very difficult to go on foot/ take public transportation to somewhere/ to the beach. As there is a big round-about in front of the hotel, there is no traffic light. Its not easy to cross the other side, even to the bus stop. Very dangerous- The coffee is not good and breakfast is not in high quality compared with other spanish hotels

The location is excellent, and the hotel staff are highly professional, especially the women at the reception.

Lush greenery surrounds the area, and the pool is fantastic and well-maintained.

Good location close to the port and easy ish to find. Rooms were clean and spacious if bare. Breakfast was good.

Room / bedding smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. We were keen on a swim in the morning before we left but the pool didn’t open ‘til 10.30 and we had to leave before then - which was a little disappointing.

Staff were helpful.

Old furniture. The metal head of the bed fell partially over my husband’s head, it was not fixed to the wall or the bed!

The candles of reception, room was very clean, the breakfast is big and good.

The most think i like is the calm and candles of the staff,

Nice pool, cosy family atmosphere, big parking.
