Labreña Hotel

The staff are lovely and super helpful , especially as our knowledge of the Spanish language is zero . Breakfast on The terrace is amazing . Lots of fruit and choices for hot food. We had room no 1 the junior suite and it was huge. Lovely comfortable beds . First night we had our evening meal in the hotel . The food was fantastic. We both had steak . My medium was a little too medium for me and the chef quickly corrected it perfectly. The beach is literally across the road via steps . There is easier access further down the road . Nice walks from the hotel to various viewpoints if you feel energetic. There are nudists beaches marked in specific areas but be aware that people are very relaxed about where they go naked , which means anywhere alongthe Coast if you are easily offended ! The pool in the garden looked lovely with a nice seating area in the shade . We didn't use it. . Overall a beautiful hotel in a lovely low key resort end Sept /Oct. We loved the lack of crowds on the beaches and the cool vibe beach bars. I would love to return and highly recommend the hotel ?

At the time we visited end Sept early October the lack of crowds was lovely on the beach and in the beach bars but on an evening unless you ate at the hotel the choice of restaurants was very limited and a very long walk home . The hotel restaurant is closed Wednesday. In the busy summer season more restaurants will be open closer to the hotel I am sure .

The food and drinks at dinner were well presented and came with excellent service.We had come from The Montecastillo golf hotel and this exceeded it in so many ways.We had read Breakfast had been well reviewed and did not disappoint.The Reviews and pictures we researched before visiting were not unrealistic and our experience on the actual visit probably exceeded themWe hope to return next year.

Shower gel in bathroom was empty but otherwise no complaints

Lovely modern tasteful decor. Very comfortable bed and pillows with high quality linen. Good internet speed, wide variety of tv programmes. Salt water pool. Free guarded parking. Breakfast was delightful. Staff were exceptional in that we felt many had a passion for their jobs. Good leadership skills were apparent.

Balcony slightly overlooked

Breakfast was included, has a swimming pool with some beach loungers, and you can hire towels for a €5 deposit per towel. Rooms where clean, some water is provided and it has a safe and mini fridge. There was a balcony. The food was amazing - definitely have dinner there one evening. There are two car parks (one in front of the hotel itself and the other one is 5 metres further down on the left as well and they are free to use). There are plenty of beaches and bars in the area.The staff's English is sufficient to get by but knowing some basic phrases is helpful. Would recommend driving.

It is not immediately obvious that the hotel is a hotel and not just a restaurant. Took us a couple of trips around to realise we had found it twice before. The car park is tight and the roads in that area feel narrow.

Excellent location, superb professional staff & service excellent.

The staff were superb. Very helpful. Breakfast had good variety. Room was clean & bar staff superb. Pool was clean. A bit cold but nothing too bad. All in all a great place, which we thoroughly recommend.

Entradas on the dinner menu were too expensive, the closet was big but without compartments

Very nice quiet hotel with excellent Breakfast and a very good restaurant. Staff is extremely friendly and the location is magnificent. Perfect for walks, hikes, and access to less crowdes beaches but still close enough to the main beach for wind and Kitesurfing.

the staff was not talking English but we found the way to exchange:) it was a bit upsetting to hear screaming owner’s kids 3 meters away from your ear when you try to enjoy holidays and relax.. I found it a bit unprofessional but this is a kind remark for you! however they allowed us to check in 1h earlier which was super kind! thank you:)

The location was good with lovely views from the restaurant of the sea. Easy walk to beaches & nature trails. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

The shower head didn't fit it's hook so had hand held showers but not too much of a problem.

Absolutely everything, the room is amazing, very clean and the hosts are really nice and kind. Food is spectacular, and the breakfast was the most delicious and complete I have ever had.

The restaurant's service could be better. The prices are exagerated. We asked water three times and did not get it. But it was on invoice.

It’s a beautiful and cozy family run hotel. The hotel is modern but has a nice vintage feel as it’s has lots of beautiful unique decor details. The room was spacious and could perfectly fit our family of 4. Two beautiful beaches (a family one and a nudist one) are just walking distance away. The scenery around the hotel is pretty nice too. The restaurant serves original dishes and the breakfast was really tasty.
