We were given a room where the wardrobes doors were hanging off fridge cupboard were stained where the fridge was leaking small dark room. No facilities which is not advertised in the description of the hotel! Car parking was a nightmare. To park your car in the garage you have to pay 15 a day! Beach towels 5 to rent! Never heard of such a thing. The breakfast was a joke! Very little on offer. Eggs were left out all morning and cold! Bread was not fresh. Stale! And finally when I went to speak to a manager I was told there was no one to complainh to as there was no manager on site! The staff did not offer an alternative room until I complained to booking .com. They did offer us alternative room which we changed. But quite honestly If we had not paid up front for the hotel. We would have left!!Do not book this Hotel it is not a four star rating! It is a complete joke!!

It is not a four star hotel! Facilities rubbish!

Ideally located for restaurants and vibrant night life.

Breakfast was good but some of the food run out and took long to be refilled.

Charming hotel, welcoming interior design. Spacious rooms and beds, excellent breakfast, pool area was great. Very close to gorgeous beach. In the middle of village centre, yet quiet and cool. We loved it!

Parking not available at hotel (overbooked) but easy to find elsewhere (300 m away at 2 euros/day)

    Location .

Supposed to be four star. Expected a better standard. Bed was rock hard. Pillows awful. Staff indifferent. Breakfast bad. No windows in the room. Two star at best.

Parking is not easy when its busy

Cleanliness and location and great communal pool area

Breakfast waiter was unfriendly and no interaction whatsoever.

Second time there, great location and facilities, only slight disappointment was the indoor pool was closed for 2 of our 3 days (booking late may so the outdoor pool was closed and the jacuzzi was being used by young children) will book here again

    9TaniaPosted on: 5-9-2023

Room very spacious, bed very comfortable, pool and jacuzzi were empty most the time, so all to ourselves.

Hot water takes exceptionally long to come out. TV quite small.

We had a non-refundable reservation that promised some flexibility with the dates. Ten days prior to our reservation, we were forced to change our bicycling itinerary due to unforseen substantial road construction on the route. I notified the hotel thru Booking and directly through the hotel website. Booking asked me to deal directly with the hotel. I never heard back from them.

This is a very comfortable and clean hotel. It is close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Parking is available on site.

I loved the staff! They were very kind and supportive of my bumbling effort to speak Spanish. Paula, at the front desk, actually walked me to the bus stop this morning and carried one of my bags. So helpful!

Lighting in hallways was manual. When entering hallway you have to turn on light. It's on a timer, though, and can shut off before you're ready. Kind of dangerous.

    Location excellent;Room good;Breakfast average

At check in the girl on reception was very unhelpful and quite arrogant gave the impression that she was too important a person to be dealing with guests. A very bad first impression, luckily we did not see her again and unfortunately I do not have her name.

Really nice hotel in a great location right in the main part of town in Zahara. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a room with a balcony (was worth upgrading from a basic room to a room with a terrace or balcony) - the room was really good and of a decent size and had a good bathroom. One of the best features of the hotel was the pool. It was lovely and was big enough to have a proper swim in (as well as having a jacuzzi pool alongside it).

    Nothing we didnt like!
