What Guests Loved

Pros +
- The food was very good and the room was very comfortable.
- We loved everything: the close proximity to Puerto Banus, the beachfront location, and the excellent food for breakfast and dinner (they even gave us a complimentary dinner). There's paddle tennis on site.
- Big, quiet room, everyday cleaning, fast wifi, kittens near the swimming pool
Cons -
- The elevators were not working and we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs
- Rooms have no electric kettle (which was described on a booking page for sure) and hotel provide to me that one as a complimentary. But after first day cleaning service put back my cup so i had a kettle but have no cup. When i called to the reception and ask them to put that cup back they told me that i need to pay for that service or i can go to the restaurant and borrow cup there. I've told them that i don't need a new one — i just need that my cup will stay in my room and i can wash it by myself. But they continue «you need to pay for that».I think that is super not client-oriented approach. If it happens with a small details i can't even imagine what to expect if you have a big requests..During check in we meet with Guest experience specialist and she give me her namecard and we agreed that faster way to communicate will be via WhatsApp. I've ask them at 21:34 but get responce only at 15:20 next day after i repeat my message in the morning. After that I got that in a WhatsApp there is another person and sometimes they don't really fast to update each other. They still put blankets under the mattress which is super annoying when you came up every day for a sleep and instead of getting in the bed you should at first release the blanket after that make sure that the sheet is not crumpled and only after that go to sleep. I've tried to explain them, showing them videos, bit it does not helps..Elevators is weird — they no linked to each other and if you are hurry you need to hit all 3 buttons for the each elevator to get one of them faster.Big swimming pool was closed which was a big surprise for me. Don't have that info on a booking page!Breakfast is ok, but could be better, even eggs is not fried enough. And a very noisy because inside dinning place.

Great location, spacious room, balcony ! Breakfast !
The facilities is good The room view is not bad

Huge Pool, direct beach access, I mean what’s not to love about this place? Buffet was okay, no Spanish food, but pretty nice overall. Right next to a supermarket (ALDI). Night entertainment is great. They run musicals, family game shows, singing and dancing, and in the day, they offer football, yoga, waterbike, etc. They are partnered with FRAM which means you can get cheaper prices with them, but not always.
Food was really “okay”. The room only had 2 plugs, which meant we had to buy an adapter for 2 plugs at a Tech Store. Location is hard to drive with, the connection to the A-7 highway is great but complicated.
the parking is not included
on the pool only 1 bathroom and they clean only 1 time day
We enjoyed the food and entertainment.
This property is very dirty, beach area is very rough, and facilities look old and outdated. There is no place to really sit around and enjoy outside of the bar area and it’s not maintained. The facility is far from the town and you need to take a taxi everywhere you go. The rooms are big and comfortable but nothing is included. We had to pay for everything, water, towel change for €1 plus a €20 deposit per towel. Parking showed included into our fare but once we arrived at the hotel we had to pay €16/day.
The Suite space, the balcony and the staff. Especially Lucia and Isabel, they have been always helpful and welcoming.
Although we paid for all inclusive, there are still non-included drinks! The restaurant staff have done their best, but still couldn’t afford to serve the rush dinner/breakfast time as expected. There is always a long queue at the Salada pool bar and the service is very slow.
Really enjoyed the stay and the staff were great. The food was great and amenities were brilliant
It would be great if the lobby bar could open earlier as it is a nice place to sit
Food and the swimming pool and the activities
"The beach at the hotel was not clean for walking or entering the sea due to the large number of rocks in the water."No option for Hala food
It was all generally ok. Nothing spectacular. Balconies with sea views were nice. Clean facilities. Room service was good.
The staff in the restaurant were a bit and miss. Some days very nice and helpful. Some days they would not be. Like insisting we drink water from the machine instead of bottled water included in our all-inclusive deal. Choice of food could be better. No coffee machine or kettle in the room.
We got a free upgrade to an apartment, so our room was more than we booked.Nice view over the sea, very nice pools.Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, friendly staff, reasonable prices for everything not already included.Free parking, good WiFi.Would definitely come back here anytime !
Big room for family of 3
There were ants in the room, not so annoying, but the feeling is not good
It was clean
Food was extremely poor, we were all inclusive and some of the drinks were not included ( I have never experienced this before and always go all inclusive)
From the moment we arrived, the hotel's warm and welcoming personnel made us feel right at home. Their friendliness and helpfulness truly set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The food buffet was a delight—each meal was carefully prepared, bursting with flavors and variety. Whether you craved something fresh, hearty, or indulgent, the selection never disappointed. Our room was an absolute highlight, offering a breathtaking sea view. Watching the clouds and sun paint mesmerizing colors across the sky, while they played with the sea and mountains, was a sight to behold. Every sunset felt like a masterpiece right outside our window. The hotel’s pools were pristine and well-maintained, with thoughtful design separating the children's area from the quiet section. It was the perfect balance, allowing families to have fun while those seeking peace could fully relax. Parking was conveniently close and reasonably priced, making our stay hassle-free from start to finish. If there was one downside, it was that our holiday had to come to an end—we wished we could stay forever! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and stunning natural beauty. We can't wait to return!
The weather
Crazy sound and black smoke of diesel generator next to hotel. No sand and quite dirty beach. Low quality breakfast. Outdated interior.
This was the second time we stayed in the hotel over Easter break. We had such a good experience last year (the weather helped) that we rebooked for this year as well. The hotel is large, and the staff were great. They go out of their way to help when you have an issue or need advice. Our kids loved the kids' club, and the staff were great with the kids. Unfortunately, the large outside pool, beachside, was closed during our visit, but this is possibly the highlight of the hotel. It was frustrating to be told on check-in that we couldn't use it. The grounds are huge and have a sports field, which is great (weather permitting) for the kids to run around and play outside.
Here's what I feel can be improved:1. The food was fairly poor overall. We ate there once outside of breakfast, but didn't go back again.2. The car parking at €12 a day is steep, especially if you're staying a week. It's why the 200-space car park only has about 5 cars in it. €5 might encourage more people to use it, and not the surrounding roads3. We arrived only to be told the main pool was closed. 4. The electric charging points in the car park were broken. The hotel should inform the company of this.5. The kids' club is sometimes used as a netball club, which isn't fair to the kids. 6. The beach is disgusting. With a little cleaning and/or some yellow sand, it could resemble a beach as opposed to a patch of dirt with logs and plastic washed up7. The kids' mini disco started at 9:15 pm every night, which was too late for small kids8. You pay double (or more) for a family room, but instead of 2 double beds, you get 1 double and a sofa bed. The sofa bed isn't suitable for a week's stay at that price.9. Nightlights in the bathrooms would go amiss, so you're not blinded at 3 am 10. Grounds maintenance was taking place over Easter. Not sure why this can't be done over Winter, so we can use more of the facilities like the swimming pool during a public holiday. Poor timing.
Very good
Basic facilities in the room.No tea or coffeeNo mini bar
Excellent property. Very substantial breakfast. The only downside is that on site parking is expensive considering that there is free parking in nearby streets. Very friendly staff. Plenty of natural light.
