Fantastic hotel in a great location. Brilliant staff. Lovely clean room and well equipped with pool, gym and poolside bar/restaurant.

Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but there's room for improvements here! The outside area looks good and is pleasant.

The interior looks a bit outdated!

Staff especially at reception were attentive and I was upgraded to a free room with sea view

Everything, staff were so friendly, hotel clean, food so much choice. Could not fault this hotel.

Decent clean rooms

In booking, it is not clear but when we arrived they said no kids allowed but they can accommodate her for additional 25 euro. But they somehow charged us 3 adults and 1 kid. No compromise from their end. Dont go with kids. Also pictures misleading , the indoor pool is visible in the main pic of hotel but guess what, you also need to pay for it.

Excellent staff, spacious room, very comfortable bed, great breakfast. Did not use the pool, but it looked like a nice relaxing area.

It’s all a bit dated, but the bed is comfortable. A couple of things in the gym were broken. I checked out just to find it in the same state 5 days later. Also I find it quite noisy

Breakfast was the best I had had for a long time, Beautiful and fresh products and the freshly cooked eggs. Room large and beds comfortable and love the pool view. The pool was lovely and clean. Will definitely be back.

Superb breakfast, superb room, supper pool, fantastic hotel, no hesitation using this hotel again.Nice beer and evening meals at fair price levels.

Hotel is superb, beach is close but with a lot of stones. Pool makes up for this though.

Overall great hotel, the facilities are good but I don’t stay long enough to enjoy them which is a shame. The pools are nice. Food is decent too. This is one of my go to hotel in Marbella and will certainly be back again. ?P.S only tip I can give is there are two senator hotels one close to Banús, one in Marbella town so make sure you know which one you’re booking because I made the mistake of thinking I booked the Banús one which turned out to be the Marbella town one a couple yrs ago. Silly mistake

It's a beautiful hotel, very stylish. We were offered an upgrade at a cost on arrival which we accepted, the suite was great, had everything we needed. The balcony was great for sitting and sunbathing. The breakfast was exceptional, HUGE range of foods available, replenished regularly. On previous visits to the hotel (for food and drinks only) the service was terrible (when the hotel was owned by Crowne Plaza) this time under Senator, the service was fantastic, in particular Christian in the outside bar area was cheerful, attentive and efficient, and the older gentleman who welcomed us and showed us to our room. Staff could not be more helpful. Really enjoyed our stay, will come back again for sure.

It's a great shame that the restaurants are all empty in the evening, given breakfast was very busy there were plenty people staying in the hotel but there were few people eating in the evening, it may be because we were there as the season was ending, but the same menu was being offered at the pool restaurant and the main restaurant. There are 3 restaurants I could see, 2 of which were completely empty/closed and the pool restaurant had maybe 4 tables eating. The food was fine but more casual lunch than dinner.

Room size was bigger than I thought.Large comfortable bed.Towels and toiletries provided were of good quality.

Number of electrical outlets were not operational. Reception staff claimed that this was due to the fact that the electrical would trip if all sockets were made available. Rather surprising for a five star hotel. This resulted in poor levels, of lighting in the room.Visited the spa and found that changing rooms were minuscule and that some of the jets and showers did not work.Again rather disappointed to find this in a five star hotel.
