Everything about the hotel was exceptional, the cleanliness, froendly and attentive staff, restaurants, breakfast buffet, drinks, food, music, vibe, beach & pool, everything to the location & transportation made us so happy and comfortable, we stayed for an extra week thats how much we loved our stay.Cant wait to go back again soon!

The hotel is nice, modern. Beautiful bar and restaurants (excellent food).

Pool with cold water, impossible to relax, not enough sunbeds. They don't really clean your rooms and there's always noise while you're trying to sleep. Don't even bother with the Spa.

Really nice and clean rooms with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In general the pool area and the beach are also really good and I would definitely recommend this property to everyone going to Marbella area. Staff is really nice and willing to assist with anything you need. Decent option of different restaurants working on the property (Isola, Ammos)

Pool staff and the quality of food and drinks served at the pool & beach(Azure) are bellow standard of this hotel. Waiting time to order and get something are absurd on the pool & beach. Quality is also bellow average, basic food that is usually served as kids menu in most of the restaurants.Breakfast also need some more options, if you are staying there for longer than 2 days it gets pretty boring to eat same stuff each day. There are literally 20 types of spreads for your pancakes, but only couple of hot dishes available for breakfast that never change.

The location. Beautiful visually. Excellent breakfast.

Short staffed. Could never find chairs at the pool. Gouged for everything! Told when we arrived they charge our credit card 200 euros a day. Limited places to eat unless you have a car.

Loved the location, comfort, and cleanliness. The staff were welcoming, the pool was relaxing, and the whole place had a calm, chill vibe.

Service was a bit slow, with long waits for water or towels. Our room phone wasn’t working, so we had to call the hotel directly to reach reception. I also tried a classic tomato pasta that, unfortunately, didn’t seem well prepared

Way overpriced. Many noisy tourists from all parts of the world. The staff is slow, especially valet. It is very hot, and the ac is only inside rooms.

Staff was wonderful. We were greeted and check in was effortless. The room was very comfortable and stocked well with extras. My husband had recently had knee surgery and the bar and pool staff were so kind to get ice for his knee. We had dinner at the hotel’s Italian restaurant which was delicious.

The hotel was quiet and beautifully decorated, I loved it. Location was great, breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Check in was strange. During the check out they missed some money in the favour of the hotel. Needed to spend a lot of time to check all invoices.The place near the swimming pool was crowded. Hotel sell beds to the guests from outside.

We spent our honeymoon at The METT Hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, making us feel special throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our married life together. Highly recommend The METT Hotel for a memorable getaway!
