Beach isn¿t for swimming , we had to call to activate the AIr conditioner, all the seat around the pools had towels to reserve sun bed but with no visitors. Some rules must be enforced by the hotel to make sure no one leave towels ¿

Top notch staff. Cleanliness. Pool area.

Location somewhat far from town.

All the staff were excellent Loved having chocolates delivered to the room and the restaurant staff were very efficient .everyone was very friendly

Music was in the bar but no music heard anywhere from the rooms at any time during the day so the hotel may want to add this to their website that this is a quiet hotel

The staff were excellent, the breakfast was great, we didn't have dinner there so I can't remark on that but the lunch menu was good, I think the quality of the food could have been better for lunch but for the price it was fine. The room was lovely, we got an upgrade, which was nice.

Nice beach location.

As far as our issues with the hotel: We stayed at H10 Sevilla before coming to Estepona and were very happy at the Sevilla H10. Our expectation was that H10 Estepona would be just as good given the 8.1 rating. We found areas in the hotel old, dirty and in need of repairs. We booked 3 ocean view rooms and one of our rooms is in a corner and we look into the neighbors balconies, not the ocean.The rooms are nowhere near the comfort and interior design of H10 in Seville. Our showers were dirty, we found hair tangled in the lamp by the bed, there are spills on the carpets, the hair dryers are old, and the AC barely works. There is no comfort or beauty in the rooms or in the hotel decor like in Seville.The pool has no food or drink service. There are no alcoholic drinks in the pool area until after 5pm. There are minimal options for food. When we asked where we could eat at around 3pm, a staff member proceeded to rudely tell us, "I dont know." Additionally, if you want any food pool side your only option is the pool restaurant. We ate sandwiches and burgers that looked questionable, and 2 out of our 4 people got sick. the menu was lacking food choices and the preparation was awful. we ordered ribs that were horribly drenched in sauce. It looks like none of the food is made to order. But, instead is pre-made packaged food that gets heated and served. The only good meal we have had is breakfast, but even that has horrible service: you have to serve yourself all your drinks and food.Overall, this hotel does not reflect its rating and is nothing like what we expected.

the staff was very friendly, especially in reception. Hotel have a site to play padel by the beach. breakfast have a lot of choice so it's no problem if you are travelling with kids because pancakes are delicious. hotel is in the quiet place. entertainment is different every evening.

There was no information for allergy sufferers in breakfast or dinner buffet. Now days is should be a obvious thing to have. Our rooms bathroom door didnt stay closed, and beds were ok at most.

Good hotel, could not get a bed by any pool which was very bad as no one was actually on the beds they just had towels on them!

food excellent but with the buffet vibe you do feel like you are in a cafeteria, with people constantly walking past your table.

Location was great, a nice walk along the walk way to the marina and into the centre.Lovely spacious hotel, pool area lovely with bar area and gate onto beach.

Spa area looking a bit tired

The hotel and staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Sea view room was amazing and the views out toward the sea, Gibraltar and Morocco were fantastic

The shower head in our room was broken (we did ask for a repair) and one of the bars and pools were not open but we were not made aware of this.

We were welcomed warmly by reception which set the tone for the duration of our trip. All the staff, dining room, bar staff and even the cleaners wore smiles on their faces and they were happy to laugh and joke with us. The hotel itself was beautiful and spotlessly clean throughout and in an excellent location with stunning views. This was my second visit to the H10 Estepona Palace, it will not be my last.

Room with sea view. Selection of food offered excellent.

Wrist band for access to rooms, in-house payments etc. Found it irritating and comfortable. Identified me as a tourist to those outside of hotel.

- The location is great. Short cab ride to Estepona if you want to visit. - The hotel is well maintained generally, and is a lovely property, right on the sea as advertised. - The rooms are decent but see below. - As with all all-inclusives, the food can get a bit samey after time so I'd maybe go half board next time. The food was abundant and wide in choice.

- The shower leaked quite badly (terrible design), so we had to use towels to stop it soaking the bathroom floor. After asking reception twice, we gave up hope it might be fixed / improved.

We have been coming for 10 years so we clearly like the hotel. Amazing staff, very clean and amazing location.

Spa area needs updating. There should not be a charge for currently available facilities.

Room was very spacious, liked having a mini fridge and couch to watch movies or read. Balcony had stunning views of the water and Gibraltar. All staff were amazing, so customer focused and friendly. Lots of activities that were very well run. Breakfast & Dinner buffets had lots of variety. Would be nice to have coffee after dinner but not available in evenings

Bath tub was tricky to get in and out, would prefer a walk in shower. Bed was hard as a rock, we mentioned to reception and they kindly brought up a pillow top (still too hard for me, I slept on the couch which was very comfy)

breakfast was good. Room was clean. The bathroom was clean

Location is good, staff attentive and the standard room is a good size with terrace, breakfast was good too.

Spa is nice but expensive and not as good as other spas I have been to … could do with some updating in the corridors with the old carpets
