The pool and the garden are lovely. Location and breakfast are great. Balcony view of the sea is beautiful. Baby shampoo, soap and lotion were provided which was very thoughtful.

We had ants in the bath tub. The rooms are a bit dated. During our last night there was extremely loud jazz music playing live, the receptionists told us it will end shortly but it was ongoing till 22:30 which was very difficult for us with a small baby.

Few options for dinner and lunch: Balthazar was not open yet. The restaurant by the pool had limited (and very expensive) options.

Pool area and breakfasts are great.

We think that there was a beach area that you can swim and relax but there was no sun beds no umbrellas. It was just rocks and sea it was all nature not like a hotel. We learn that beach side is not belong to hotel but it is not easily understand from the hotel picture. That was so dissappointing

Loved the interior. Very posh. Staff was attentive. The resort was up against the beach so it was a great view. Our beds were uncomfortable and they switched out our mattresses! The breakfast was amazing!!!

The pools were too cold to enjoy. The photos showed access to the beach, but it was being worked on with huge loud dump trucks. Wished I had known about it so there really is no beach access.

Overall, I must commend the exceptional standard of service provided. The attention to detail and quality of the food were truly impressive, and I would highly recommend it to others.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in the Baha'i room at your establishment, and I must say that the room was absolutely beautiful. However, I do have one complaint regarding the lack of air conditioning.During my stay, we had to open the windows in order to cool the room down. Unfortunately, this led to a lot of road noise entering the room, which became quite disruptive. Additionally, the combination of traffic noise and music from along the coast made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be addressed to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.

it’s a fabulous hotel but there was pool renovation & nothing open in garden bar or around the areas with in the hotel grounds

In general all was good, except the dinners at restaurant. Breakfast was amazing - huge choice Location suitability depends on your plans, we drove, so were happy.

Beach is not great. Restaurant not impressive at all- looks good, but serves plenty of food with simple pasta, Valentine's day dinner was disappointment - I left halfway. We went for dinners out in Estepona

Location where you can listen to the sea with open window at night, no noice despite the fact that Hotel is on the highway. Very good breakfast, facilities, hotel provides every day water, received even the case and bottle of shampagne for Birthday;) Hotel upgrated our room to a beeter one.

Big rooms and immaculately clean. Lovely pool areas outside overlooking the seafront and boardwalk allowing a walk to Estepona in 40 minutes without rushing. Being November couldn’t use the pools but pretty! Very good breakfast buffet.

A little tired and no aircon in the room as November - heating only! The pool in the spa was very basic and needs an upgrade.

Best hotel I ever stayed in, warm welcome by the staff, excellent room with free upgrade, good food, great spa and heated indoor pool, beautiful seaview. Overall a perfect experience

Truly amazing gardens very clean hotel and the staff were all very pleasant.Spa was excellent - great massages!!!

There was only one beach restaurant opened and the snacks at the bar which thought strange for the size of the hotel Would have liked a bit more atmosphere in the evening - like pianist, violinist just.
