The hotel breakfast was amazing. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options for all tastes.

The water heater used for producing hot water was terrible. The heater literally lasted for maybe five minutes. Then you would have to wait almost 20 minutes or so for the water to get hot again.

Great rooms, all conditions to have a nice stay.

Don't buy half board option, dinner is bad buffet, and the drinks are overpriced.

From the start everything was fantastic. The Team at the reception were very welcoming and ready to help if anything needed. The Apartment are very clean and well equipped, your little home away from Home. We added to our stay and definitely coming back.

Apartment was a little old, did not have all the essentials to cook etc. Lights would not work, hot water would run out.

Price-to-value ratio excellent. Also the dinner buffer price very acceptable.

Hot water supply exhausted after use for two minutes. Front desk staff unavailable at 9 am. Had to go through international booking line to. address lack of warm water. Obtained access to second apartment to take a shower. Hot water stopped after less than 5 minutes

Nice and comfortable, we even stayed one more night. The guys at the front desk are amazing, I rarely see so kind, helping and nice people

They should put something underneath chairs and furniture so they don't make super loud and annoying noise to all the apartments around you. We could hear a lot from all around us. Very small boilers you can't use the bathtub , for two bathrooms to put one 50l boiler is not a good idea

Close to Estepona. Spacious appt with big terrace overlooking the golf area. Nice to have 2 bathrooms 1 with shower with good water pressure, one with bath/shower possibility.

When we entered there was an odd smell in the appt. There were still dirty feet steps in the bathroom. Also the sofa (which could be used as a bed for kids) was very old & we did not dear to sit in it. That really needs to be replaced!

The apartment was large, nice balcony with view of the mountains and ocean.The Breakfast was good for a Buffy, had A large variety of food.

The fee parking on the street is hit or miss especially after 7 PM you may have to walk a long distance to your room. There is paid under ground parking for 20£ per night but its very tight and time consuming. You have to go to reception and pay to get a receipt to put on your car dash before they open the door. Then when you want to remove your car you have to go back to reception ask them to open the door, you could be waiting at reception for 10 minutes. Lighting in some of the walkways around this large facility are not good especially coming out of the parking garage my wife had A bad experience and fell, because she could not see A large step, because there was no lighting. Not sure why but they close two of the three pools on September 1 leaving one pool open for hundreds of people very crowded and un safe!

When I first made the reservation it was due to the place the resort was located. The location is nice. The apartment was a deception.

The apartment was completely different from what they show on the pictures. The apartment was very old fashioned not what they show in Booking. All the apartment had a very bad smell inside. The main bedroom smelled naphtalene. Disgusting.

The apartment was spacious. The staff were great and the location was as expected.

It is not what we would expect of a 4 star hotel, both cleanliness and furnishings. Therefore it didn't feel good value for the money we spent.

Over all, this place can be good fie families with kids as they plan activities for the kids at the pool or in the eveni

They can certainly power wash the sofás or get new ones as the one they have look dirty. Need attention to cleaning.The Fridge was not working they had to put another one. The parking spot is too tight for big cars if you decide to pay. Otherwise Parking can be a problem when coming back late at night, and you have to try your luck!

The complex, the room itself and the balccony have been more than expected. While did not use the pool, as it was very crowded and people were cueing from early hours in the morning in order to get a sunbed, the sea and mountain view from the apartment's balcony has been exceptional. The apartment had a very big and nice terrace.

Unfortunately, there have been tons of ants in the kitchen and no products to combat them. I had to constantly clean the table and the kitchen, which got extremely annoying. Yet, the most unpleasant aspect of my stay was the fridge, which did not work at all. I have tried to adjust the temperature each day, hoping it might get better, but no luck. Luckily, one of the levels of the freezer did work and I managed to use the freezer as a fridge. The staff of the complex did change our towels only once during our 9 night stay, yet the bedsheets not. There were nightly pool parties for kids, lasting up untill 24.30 in the night, which might get a bit extenuating after several days. The music is a bit too loud.

Disgusting food, noisy dining area, no proper parking, and rooms are far from everything. Nothing was organized. Complete waste of money – never coming back!

It was my first time that the receptionist said we wouldn’t give me the best option available as I’m staying for long . I thought some who stays longer gets better service and appreciated more

Helpful staff. 2 golf courses nearby. Breakfast was good, however, watermelon would go quick.

We booked for paint house with 2 room king and twin bed and they give us 2 rooms with one bed and one king bed There was loud sound in the room the first night the bed sheets wasn't clean when we checked in the bed didn't have Bed quilt we asked for it
