Location to wonderful beach restaurants and old section. Amazing breakfast with quality and healthy foods.

Hallways uninviting; Gloomy tan curtains shut over all windows. Dim to no lighting in halls. No music playing throughout entire hotel unless during evening entertainment. Everything else- the spa, the cuisine, the dining locations, pools-all excellent!

The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, the room we were given was excellent (junior suite) with an amazing bathroom, and the welcome drink at check in was a lovely bonus!

The room itself was nice but we had to ask for towels and water everyday. The staff were really nice.

The indoor pool is super old and terrible. The water therapy didn't feel clean and everything in the resort shared ares felt old, tired and a bit dingy. The breakfast was not very good. Lots of choices, but wasnt tasty and the breakfast staff just wanted you in and out. The coffee machines tasted of burnt coffee.

Stuff tried to rub us for extra €160 euro insisting that we haven’t paid for the pet. They tried to use early holiday checkout time, to get some cash money from wealthy customer. Manager hast even apologized for the clerk mistake. Most probably they work together cover each other…. There is no realManager there to teach personal how to behave in “5star” hotel. Disgusting…

Amazing stay! Beautiful beachside resort with a pool overlooking the sea. Spotless rooms, fantastic breakfast, and super friendly, helpful staff. Loved the live music evenings in the lobby — such a great vibe

Food was awful and price was ridiculous for what was provided. Although breakfast was included, feels like they bought things at aldi and shared it. Rooms are so outdated and bad smell throughout.

The room and terrace. Beautiful big bed. Sunbeds on terrace. Very private. Nice bathroom with bath and power shower.

Unfortunately the jacuzzi in the bath didn't work ? we called Reception. They sent an engineer but it needed a new motor. They offered us a free spa treatments but my Husband didn't want that . Would prefer a coffee pod system in the room not just a kettle.

The hotel is a beautiful one and the location is gorgeous!

Unfortunately, there are people who are drinking without any limit and are causing trouble and noise during the night… This was my third time staying here, but I couldn’t sleep properly in any of the nights because of this kind of people?.

We loved the easy access to the beach and pool.

The location of the hotel is pretty far from Estepona and other cities; not to mention there was no bus stop close by to get to and from the Hotel.

I would like to express my disappointment following a recent stay at the Elba Estepona Gran Hotel, which I booked through Booking.com. My reservation included one family room for two adults and two children, and a separate double room. However, on arrival at 10:30 PM, we were allocated two double rooms.Reception called later that evening to offer an extra bed, but the children were already asleep, so we declined. The next morning, my daughter-in-law informed reception of the error, but was told only I could resolve it via email. I emailed reservations at 11 AM and received no reply all day. At 7 PM, I followed up in person and spoke with Alvaro, who was dismissive and unhelpful. He blamed me for the issue, stating my booking only showed one guest per room. I showed him a message from April where I had confirmed the correct occupancy, but he insisted the problem was due to Booking.com.He further claimed that both room types are the same size (37 sqm), and that the additional £1,304 I paid was simply because the family room accommodates more people. I found this explanation frustrating and left the desk feeling upset. That evening, we returned from dinner expecting extra beds to be added, but they were not — forcing all four guests to share one bed again.I emailed again the following day and received a response from Linda explaining the room types, but again no solution was provided. Only after I sent another firm email were the appropriate beds added.Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve received no apology or compensation. I also tried contacting Booking.com via my account and email, but was told to call directly.This experience fell far below expectations, and I would not stay at or recommend this hotel again.
