Excellent tennis facilities and coaching. Very nice breakfast. Functional, clean rooms.

Breakfast could have been a little bit quicker but otherwise no complaints.

Great location — just 15 minutes from Marbella and 15 minutes from the charming village of Benahavís. A friendly and helpful young lady welcomed us and was open to supporting us throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time. There are also some excellent restaurants in the area.

The facilities were excellent and the location very good.A comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the good sized shower.

On Saturday night the bar/terrace area was closed.I was upset that on checking in the young lady took a photo of my ID (TIE) Card on her mobile phone, I thought this was not allowed in Spain due to Data Protection Laws.

It is a fanatic location near to the restaurants and bars. Also very close to surrounding locations that I go to. The staff are fantastic and the food is great so there is not much I can say in a negative way about this place. I really enjoy staying here.

The only thing is that I prefer a larger double bed but I still had a comfortable single bed.

Good location within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants. Recently modernised, so everything in a good condition. In-house bar/restaurant very handy if you needed it. Plenty of parking.

The first room we were given was very small, smelt and had absolutely nowhere to hang any clothes. Fortunately we were able to move to another room the next day which was much bigger, no smells, but again a lack of hanging space, no wardrobe or chair to hang clothes, just a small rail in a cupboard. Considering it's a sports club where people will want to be hanging up smelly sports clothing to air, it's ridiculous there are no wardrobes or chairs and yet they have put a full length free-standing mirror in each room! The pool water wasn't particularly clear on any of the days we were there, though the area around the pool was nice enough, but residents of the hotel shouldn't be charged to use the sunbeds or get a towel.

Breakfasts and lunches were excellent. Fresh ingredients, well prepared and very, very tasty! The location is close to the main road from Malaga, but far enough away not to be impacted by road noise. It is a short drive/taxi away from Estepona and I'd definitely recommend a visit to the old town for a meal or 2. The tennis and padel facilities are superb and the staff helpful in trying to get court bookings that suited us.

Ahead of our visit we seemed unable to pre-book courts, so there was some concern about this. We got mostly what we wanted, with a few exceptions, but I think this could be improved. The advice from the club was we could only book courts 48hrs before play, which for a group coming on a tennis holiday is not very comforting.

We really like, the staff service. How clean our bedroom was and the replacement of towels. The Aircon was really good, the bathroom and room accessories were perfect. The location was handy. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Parking was always available. WiFi worked well. I'm very happy with my stay in general.

We didn't like that we could not use the pool at night and that the bedroom noise isolation was not good as we could hear other guests arriving (talking) and doors opening and closing loudly. But for the price, service and facilities I would recommend.

Awful

Firstly swimming pool was so dirty I could not see the bottom and was not able to have swim so I had to go to the shower. Complained about it but the receptionist was not helpfull at all and had no manners whatsoever. Secondly, TV in the room did not work and last but not least on our arrival to the room we had a massive dead cockroach which obviously was not cleaned by cleaners. I went to complain again, and the boss had left so poor bar man had to arrange for us to move rooms. He phones her up and she says she will sort it out the following day but we were only staying a night so it had to he sorted then. This morning on our departure there was another receptionist there and told him about it and he seemed unbothered apart from being rude and unhelpful. I asked him for a complaint and claims sheet and was told that they had none, that they were in the bosses office which was closed as she was not there. Was definitely a horrible stay and will not be returning.

The atmosphere as a resident was not very welcoming. No facilities to drinks after 10pm and not able to use the facilities for 2 days for private functions. And asking for rooms to be cleaned and new towels after 3days

I loved the Tennis and sport vibe . The area is near the main road that will take you to marbella or estepona . It's very calm by night and cozy .

Last minute emergency booking which went really well. The receptionist greeted us nicely and the room was super clean, the local shops and restaurants were a bonus. Really good value for money.

Could do with a kettle in the bedroom.

No air con No proper tv No wardrobes

New complex with tennis courts and swimming pool. The room was big and clean. The food was really very tasty. A nice beach was a 20-minute walk from the accommodation. Parking at the accommodation was free. We definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Breakfast and lunches were excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Facilities on site were excellent and location made access to golf locally very easy. Having the pool for a cool down after our morning tennis was great and the bar area is very relaxing for that well earned cerveza!

The location means you need to take taxis to the beach or ports for dinner, but that was a known before we went and is not a great problem as taxis are very efficient and reasonably cheap. We did find a great local restaurant, Grappa located a short walk away and catering on site is a great option.

Location and cleanliness

Room very cramped.No TV channels as no aerial.Bed small, could only get in one side. Hard and uncomfortable Towels like sandpaper. No one ever on reception. Unwelcoming.

The rooms are very clean, spacious and modern. Everything was perfect! They provided us with fresh towels everyday and the communication with the staff was clear.
