Hotel Estepona Plaza

Location and staff and spacious room and comfortable bed

The fan and AC didn’t work in our room so I had a poor night sleep. The only way to cool the room was to leave windows open that didn’t have screens and then we heard street noise. Also one bedside lamp didn’t work.

Nice location just off the beachfront drive and opening onto a little leafy plaza. Pleasant breakfast. Clean simple room with attractive view of the town and side view of the sea. Keypad room access which meant no worries about losing the key!

All was good. Hotel overlooks little plaza with cafés and restaurants, so there’s some noise at night, but closed windows block that out.

The breakfast was fantastic with good choices of fresh fruits, fresh breads, fresh pastries & hot food. Plus fresh orange juice, lemon, lime & minted water plus a coffee machine.You could choose to sit inside or outside.

If we took our breakfast outside the locals/visitors to Estapona were able to walk through the breakfast area unhindered.There should be some means of enclosure to prevent this happening.

Great location. Staff is so helpful. We had a medical situation and Nicolas at the front desk was so amazing and supportive. We had to extend our stay and he made it as smooth as possible.

The hotel is in a great location on a beautiful square in the old town but it is a bit noisy due to all the outdoor cafes surrounding the hotel.

Fantastic location by beach, restaurants and bars in the charming old town. The rooftop pool with deck chairs and great views was a little oasis. The hotel was very clean with good air conditioning. The team of staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied and excellent. The bed was very comfortable for a great nights sleep. A lovely outside seating area for meals and drinks from where you can watch the world go by.

Location was great, right beside the beach and man restaurant areas. The breakfast was excellent. Best selection of fresh fruit I’ve ever seen, even at 5* hotels. All the facilities in the room was first class, bed, shower etc. All the staff were very engaging and helpful.

The central location had one down side ?. The hotel is opposite a very busy late night bar and small plaza with a number of restaurants. The bar stayed open until 02.00.

Style, comfortable, great breakfast

They have no keys. You get a card with code for door plus room number. If you loose card (or celular in case you took a pic of that info), ANYONE can walk into the hotel and enter your room. Very strange

Central location, great breakfast, pool, friendly staff

Because of its central location it can be quite loud at nighttime (particularly if you are in a room facing the square),

Everything was perfect - good communication with the hotel for parking and check-in instructions, room clean, comfortable beds and a fantastic view with Plaza Ortiz. Everybody was very welcoming, breakfast was very good and Estepona is indeed a Flower City. Thank you, hope to come back again.

The shower is amazing, with a great size room and bed. Staff were great, and I loved the passcode system. Good size towels, fab SMART TV, with a great choice of English speaking news channel. Plus I could activate my Netflix. Brilliant hairdryer.

Shutters on the windows were not optional. You had to close them, so for me the room was too dark.Did not like the pillows.

Great little hotel in the perfect location in Estepona, just a stonecast away from the beach and just by the old town with plenty of restaurants minutes away. The best part is the staff which was extremely helpful and made everything to make our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and varied, on a very high standard for a 3 star hotel. I would definitively return to the same hotel if staying another time in Estepona.

The room could have had some thin curtains to cover the windows and give some privacy. Other than that I have nothing to comment.

Great location, lovely room and powerful shower. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. The staff were friendly and efficient. We will book again when back in Estepona.

Very warm friendly staff on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were able to ensure we left for the airport having had breakfast. Very close to good restaurants and the promenade.

Great location close to the beach, yet at the heart of town. Opens up on to a lovely square with bars and restaurants nearby. Perfect!The best assistance and customer service I think I have ever experienced.

A lovely, modern small boutique hotel in a great location in Estepona old town. Well designed with comfortable furnishings, simplistic and modern. Great location, in a beautiful square with a fountain and close to fabulous restaurants and bars and a stone throw away from the beach.

The quality of the breakfast buffet at the restaurant could be improved. There is a good choice of products but quality can be improved.
