Stuff really rude

We had a few issues locating the hotel. We decided to park the hire car in the garage which was a short walk from the hotel. This meant that we could relax without worrying about the car! Hotel was excellent.

Good location for exploring Cadiz tram lines 50 meters away. No parking nearby so you have to use a underground public parking a 5 minute walk away at 10 euros per night.

Clean and comfortable. Locaton in center of town and close to tram and many restaurants and stores.

There were only two electrical outlets that did not turn off when the lights were turned off. One electrical outlet on one side of the bed and one in the bathroom. To use a computer, we had to unplug a lamp. The parking was nearby but not in the hotel itself.

. The room was clean, large and comfortable with a small balcony. Nicely located on the main street.

Access is difficult by car as the hotel is on a restricted access street. The hotel car park is extremely tight, getting into your allocated space can be difficult. The breakfast was poor

Room was a good size. Bathroom was good. Everything was clean.

It was great that they accepted our small dog

No coffee or milk in the room and when asked , no, it’s not something they offer!!

Excelent place, clean and comfy.

Location IS great but uneasy to Drive there.If you have a suv or Big car the garage IS not the best.

Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed, sufficient space.

Staff unable to summon cabs; location too far from/inaccessible to Cádiz; few power outlets and difficult to access at night without leaving a light on.

Comfy bed, rest underwhelming.

The reception staff were rude. Didn’t greet, just asked for passport immediately then continued talking to their colleague throughout. The solarium was closed, I asked for it to be opened which they said they didn’t do. Wouldn’t be an issue if this was clear on the booking but I chose it for the rooftop and it didn’t say it would be closed like many do with their ‘winter’ dates for pools etc.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, and the most comfortable bed and the best pillows ever! Oh and we loved the balcony over looking the church!

The room was empty, without a table eaven, no refrigerator in the room.every thing was poor..I'm sorry but that how I felt.Except the staff and the brakefast nothing was welcoming.

Very comfy room, with spacious bathroom. Location of the hotel was superb. We were unable to park in the hotel parking as it was full, but they told us were to park in a nearby underground parking.

The staff was very helpful. There were many great restaurants in the area to choose from. The tram to the heart of Cadiz was very easy to take as it was located right in front of the hotel.

The directions to the hotel should be updated as it is very difficult to find. The directions from the site had us trying to go the wrong way on a one way street. It is very difficult to know that you can drive on the tram street in front of the hotel. Also the signage for the hotel should be improved. The etching on the glass is nice however it is extreemly difficult to see.We were not a fan of the bathroom walls being etched glass. Not very private.

extremely difficult to approach by car or motorcycle … you need to ignore the no entry ⛔️ signs and drive on the tram line.you need to codes for the car park and the hotel charges for this. no sign to say it’s the hotel car park

Very central location. Spacious and clean room. Great breakfast, with diverse options and many fruits.

Impossible to park very-very close to the hotel. It is located in a pedestrian zone, in the old town. Parking is available at nearby spots, some 10 min walk away.
