Friendly staff and good parking. Located above a mall with plenty of shops below.

Air con was not working which made the room very stuffy overnight and opening the balcony door invited mozzies in! However, that said, it was a very enjoyable stay!

In a shopping mall and lots of noise at night with deliveries. Out of season. Restauraunt closed bar closed. No phone in the room

Aircon in rooms didnt work well and it was very very hot inside the building all the time

Great location, good aircon and friendly staff.Breakfast was decent. Clean sheets, enough towels. Decent room size with a small balcony to stand outside and look over the mall parking area and you can see the ocean in the distance.

Not worth 4 star value and paying 126.90 euro for one twin room and only one nights stay.Felt to me like 2 star accommodation. Rooms need a massive upgrade. Bed mattresses are very used. There is no room service, telephone, complimentary water on arrival in the room and the wifi has a poor connection to disappearing for most of the time. Bit disappointed that the place did not look like the pics or like any other 4, 3 or even 2 star establishment I've been to. I'm sure at some point the standards were pretty high to have that rating. Personally, if the price was between 50 and 60 euro, then it's okay. But does not deserve to be more than double.The small bar fridge has rustef handles inside, looks horrible and needs replacing. I was really excited for my stay and honestly thought it would look like a resort with leisure areas to relax and enjoy a drink as in the pics but unfortunately not at this time of the year. There is a notice on the booking to say the pools are closed, I'm not referring to that. But there should be alternative relaxation areas considering how long pools are closed for in Spain and if you're a 4 star establishment. Very difficult to compare this with any other hotel with that rating.

Spacious room, convenient parking, right in the shopping mall and perfect location to see sunset

The location was great with easy access to restaurants as well as the places that we needed to meet as a group. When I had made a mistake on the date of the reservation, the staff was very understanding and courteous and quickly found an accommodation for us for that weekend.

We had parked in the shopping center parking the first night instead of along the second layer road by the hotel. When we went to use the stairs to go down to the ground level parking, we found that the doors to the stairs were locked until the opening of the mall. This required that one of us do a half a kilometre walk down the road and ramp to obtain the car and bring it up for the rest of the group. After that we parked on the upper level by the hotel entrance.

We linke the hotel in general. The staff was very efficient and always with a good predisposition to help you. The pool was also amazing.

Unfortunately there was an event close by one night and we could not sleep, but that was not the fault of the hotel

The pool was very nice. The staff were very pleasant.

It is a big hotel with great potential, they would benefit to have some Improvements in their facility: Rooms, toilets, restaurant, overall facilites need a upgrade.

Easy to access and close to attractions.

Swimming pool timmings were very odd because they were from midday to evening only. Why would a person will stay in pool if he is so close to the beach. Also, I would prefer to use the pool at the time not convenient to visit the beach or city.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.While the furniture and fixtures are a bit old, they are well-maintained and for the price paid I cannot complain.The pool with a chiringuito is a nice touch, and having a large shopping mall right below the hotel adds convenience for dining and shopping.

parking can be a bit challenging, as spaces near the entrances are limited and the mall's parking tends to be overcrowded.

Very clean and well laid out with plenty of room. Plenty of space and some good restaurants nearbye.

The location ideal for shoppers, right next door to the Bahia Sur shopping centre and as we arrived late that was useful to get some quick fast food. The room was spacious, very clean and we wanted for nothing. Check in was easy and the chap on reception was really friendly and pleasant to deal with. He apologised that the lifts weren’t all working, but we were only on the first floo so wasn’t a problem. Really good location, next to the train station so easy access into Cadiz. Would definitely return again.

First room offered was smelly. Second room was above kitchen area that was noisy until 12pm, very frustrating!

It was tired and poorly furnished. The breakfast was bland. Just needs some modernisation and investment to get back to the standard I assume it once met.

Our room was a good size and the location of the Hotel was good

It was a very large complex and the bungalow apartment area looked run down and scruffy and in need of some TLC.
