We liked how well-maintained, clean and spacious the deluxe studio was. The staff are always there for you no matter what time of the day and night it is. They are quite pro and well-mannered boys with never prying into your business. They are respectful to your privacy.It was so nice of Nazmus Asking I believe his name was, to arrange breakfast for us past the breakfast hours. This little things stands out from the rests.

There was nothing to dislike. :)Just a feedback, the water flow for the drainage on the floor can be re-imagined. Maybe a mop provided in the bathroom can be a good start.If teas and kettle provided in the room, can take Jatra to the next level.

Clean, fresh linen and comfortable bedding, balcony, tea and coffee facilities with a working fridge.

Not much information for tourists but it seems it not located in a tourist area

Breakfast was repetitive.

* I booked a Deluxe double room for 1 person* Big room, TV, refrigerator, good internett, and anexcellent bathroom* The sweet recepcionist that helped me with a gooddriver/guide to visit Panam and surrounding areas* The hotel is in a safe area of Dhaka

* The breakfast. In Asia people eat local/warm foodat the breakfast. I like just bread and coffee/milk(continental breakdast). But 1 think it was good formost Asians that were visiting the hotel.

Clean room, secure & very comfy bed. They have smart TVs in the room, so you can just log in to your Netflix/YouTube. Decent breakfast. They have two options: continental and local. For continental, they serve standard toast, eggs, butter, jam, fruits, juice, cake, and coffee to get you started for the day. You can order FoodPanda and other delivery services any time of the day - that is very convenient. This is an ideal service apartment. Don't expect hotel-style service.

The noise from the street can bother those who are not used to the Bangladeshi environment. It's only during rush hour that it gets noisy with all the honking of the cars. Having no option to park can bother some.

Very comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, safe lodging in upscale district

One should know that this is a very small hotel. It’s actually two residential apartments in a high rise, of which the individual rooms are rented out.

Mamun was very professional and friendly. The place is great and well located.

Honestly i enjoyed my stay at Jatra.The Staff sakib and mamun was always active to fulfilling all my requests. The sehri was really delicious also i wanted my sehri at 4am and i got on time.Thanks for amazing service. Will stay Again..

It wasn't easy to find!

The management and staff went out of their way to take care of everything, in fact they they went above and beyond, so accommodating . The room was modern and very clean and comfortable. They provided us everything we needed immediately and professionally. We would stay there again, most definitely. Thanks!

The was nothing that we didn’t like, big comfortable rooms and beds, excellent bathroom and shower and lots of hot water. For the price and quality of personal service I would rate it excellent.

I booked a deluxe double studio with balcony and bathtub, which I did not receive. Instead, upon our arrival we were asked to cancel the booking if we don't like the room they provided.Apart from the location, it was not the most pleasant experience.However, the behavior of the staffs were nice and room cleaning service was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

They provided me a studio without balcony and bathtub (room no. 101) right next to the reception when I paid for the double deluxe studio with balcony, bathtub etc for 10 nights.One of the day we had to stay out of the room because they were drilling above us.The room was not sound proof at all, even we could hear anyone speaking in the reception.Every night we had issue falling asleep due to the sound of construction work outside.The breakfast was not good, my wife refused to have breakfast immediately from 3rd day due to stomach issue.I have faced the same as well, however, I still had breakfast since it supposed to be provided with my booking.The overall experience was not good at all.Upon our arrival, when we told the reception to give us the studio we booked for, they asked us to cancel booking or figure it out with booking.com knowing that it was holiday season and booking.com office might be closed.I would definitely not recommend this place again.

The staff was really helpful and assisted us with all our needs. The location was really good, the room was comfortable and the hotel provided us with many facilities and provided free mineral water.

It was good stay and staffs are good in services.

Cleaniness of the room, Room size was good

It is not sound proof as they advertised. It’s located on a busy street with on going traffic all day. You can hear car honking, people talking- everything from the street. Bring a nice pair of ear plugs, they’re needed. Besides that, everything else was great. Amazing service.

We had a choice of traditional Bangladeshi breakfast or continental. We chose the continental, so maybe our own fault, but it wasn't too exciting. A couple of slices of break, butter, jam and an egg. Followed by a plate of fruit and some juice.We ended up having breakfast across the street in a cafe instead.The two young gentlemen running the day to day operation, are super nice. They were always smiling and super helpful.They watched our luggage the last day when we were leaving, they even took our personal part of the luggage into their own place to keep it even safer.

Not sure where the swarm of mosquitos came from, all the windows were closed, but we both came out of there with some 20 bites each from overnight visitors.It would have been nice with something to sit in, apart from the bed. There was an office chair and a small desk, but one of us had to sit in the bed (or on the toilet :-) )

My flight got delayed and I arrived at 1 am at the hotel. However, the staff member was really nice and waited patiently for me.

Everything was good.

Great property, clean, and calm. Good Wi-Fi. The staff went extra miles to make the stay comfortable.

The suite not having a balcony whereas the deluxe room does. The breakfast.

Location was good and room was spacious with strong AC.

Sound issolation very poor and you can hear everything from the street.Breakfast can be improved a lot.
