Location is excellent. Great people.

I wish they could put a little more effort into their breakfast, many. Although it has variety, the mixture is not great. Also, the food was cold. Little TLC should do the trick.

The rooms have huge beds that are very comfortable. Regarding the location, it is centrally located. It’s not something that you can walk from. You have to have a vehicle, and most tourists will get an Uber or local taxi.

While reviewing the reviews, I saw another guest mentioned their room wasn't ready and they were given something else. I experienced a similar situation; I did receive nice rooms, but not the one I paid for because it wasn't ready. Hopefully, this was just an isolated inconvenience I faced, but I suggest you keep an eye on this issue.

Location was great

The beds were literally painful and breakfast options were very limited. The hotel needs renovation to be honest. Bathrooms need to be repaired for the damage caused by sea water.

Everything was great, the room, the staff and the restaurant on the roof. There was also a pool on the roof with nice views. It is located in a quiet area of Dhaka, good restaurants and shopping close by.

The initial staff member that greeted us was extremely rude. Quite obnoxious when it was mentioned that we did not speak Dhaka Bengali. His response was I only speak Bengali when mentioned I we only spoke Sylheti. I think some mannerism and good customer service needs to be instilled In to this young chap as he was very arrogant. The gentleman that served us later was pleasant and dealt with us in a professional manner without any biases.

I liked everything about the hotel. The room is nice and warm. The breakfast was ok but no cereals, cheese.

but there were moskitoes in the room and the bedsheet smell moisture....

The place looks old and in dire need of proper maintenance. The washrooms especially require change of utilities. Lots of water marks and what not.

Housekeeping and the front desk is like a government office. You ask them for something they will like okay we are doing it and now you are waiting. After 3 calls they finally show up after 2 h, Disgusting.

excellent choice. clean, modern, great wifi, aircon and breakfast. best of all the staff from security to front desk to dining.

I like the staff and their service, the location, cleanliness and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. :)

One or two staff has strong BO, maybe can try use deodorant. The rest are all good

Breakfast is very varied and gives you a chance to sample a wide range of Bangladeshi foods. The rooftop pool is fab, although it has no shade. I can't fault the staff or the rooms.

No shade at the pool, which can be a problem. That's really all.

Mix of local and western breakfast with curries, cereals, omelettes and eggs to order . Very helpful staff and soft mattresses! Pool was great. Great location!

Nothing other than the location of this hotel was good.

First of all,what kind of a hotel doesn't allow food from outside? According to international standards,all hotels allow us to bring food from outside whenever we are travelling abroad.Despite ordering from the hotel,i did crave for something savory that the hotel restaurant didnt serve so I ordered from a food app but the concierge told me it wasnt allowed.This is totally unethical.Secondly,the bed was making noises the whole night,just even if i was turning my side.The location is in one of the most plush areas of the city yet if they serve such facilities,i have nothing to say.Money totally wasted.

Such an expensive room but no room to move about filled the room with table and chairs. Single room made into a twin room. Very disappointed

False advertisement about the availability of airport pickup. What made the problem worse is that they don't respond to requests on this issue. My messages to them with the requests made through booking.com and their advertised email address were not answered. I had to make a separate arrangement with another company for my airport pick up and drop-off. I suggest they eliminate this bit of false advertisement and learn to respond to messages sent by customers who have already made their bookings.

Airport transfer, though not easy communication.

Late check out requested, but could not be ensured before check in.At checking was accepted but then by call half an hour before normal check out time again rejected, so having to adapt plans each time.

1- Good behavior of the front desk staffs and helpers to assist my mother on wheel chair to get in and out of the vehicles.2- Spacious twin bedroom and good toilet design of single bedroom.

1- Very unpleasant and unsatisfactory breakfast buffet menu and space.2- NOT an ideal Hotel location.3- The entrance stairs and area of the hotel is not good.

improve breakfast. not clean , not organised. bread toaster machine looks 20 years older .
