Golden Tulip The Grandmark-Dhaka

Great hotel, excellent service.

This is my 4th or 5th stay at the Golden Tulip as it has become my favorite hotel in Dhaka. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the buffet food is quite good. Most of all the people are friendly and welcoming, starting at the front desk, but carrying over especially do the dining room staff. At breakfast, you can ask the staff to bring you an espresso drink from the coffee shop on the ground floor, which they happily do. Well-run hotel!

Beautiful spacious room, superb restaurant with abundant breakfast/dinner buffet plus multi cultural ala carte menu, gracious & friendly staff!

Everything was perfect!Location, staff, facilities, breakfasts… I have no complaints at all. Complete enjoyment in a quiet, clean and safe part of the city. My sincere recommendation for everyone who wants to visit Dhaka.

Nothing at all

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very kind and friendly. There is a very nice restaurant on level 1—Breakfast is very tasty and available from 6 to 10 am. There is also a terrace with a beautiful view of the city. There is also a 24-hour cafe where you can have drinks, smoke cigarettes, and play pool.

There were some mosquitoes, even inside the room. There is no alcohol available at the 24-hour cafe or on the terrace. The pool is on the terrace, but the pollution from the city makes it not as pleasant as it could be.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but still easily accessibleI like the big rooms, the spacious bathroom and the big shower.

I miss a better selection of fresh fruit for breakfast.

They deliberately deceive foreign tourists. Said that my VISA did not pay successfully. But in fact, I have already deducted the fee. In the end, the store said that they would refund the fee to me, but I returned to China and the money was not received. From their service I know that this is not their first time!

Nice, comfortable hotel in good location in Banani. Very friendly staff, good breakfast.

Pool is not big (but great to have!) Laundry a bit expensive compared to everything else.

Affordable, good value for a 4 star hotel. Location is not on main street, hence more quiet. Spacious rooms. Rich breakfast. Top floor open-air pool is excellent to cool down and relax. Pleasant staff.

Suggestion for improvement, some of the furniture and doors (bathroom) can be renovated.

The helpful and friendly staff, including Masum, Jewel, Obyed, and others, assisted with check-in and check-out, provided newspapers, and arranged airport pickups.The quiet environment and excellent café on the ground floor add to the overall experience.

The rooftop is a mess and needs renovation.The room temperature was quite low, ranging from 15 to 18 degrees Celsius, because the AC in the room does not have a heating function.

-Food was nice.-Staff was extremely helpful and kind.-Rooms are spacious and clean and beds are really comfy.-Location is very safe and nice.

Staff were very attention and even offered to give me a ride to the airport, which was needed.The bathroom is really nice, I like the glass wall separating the shower from the bedroom .The breakfast was amazing every day.

Vey good hotel, European standard. Good breakfast buffet, fast wifi, nice and clean rooms (great beds), quiet A/C. I was very impressed. Location is safe (Banani area). Staff were very nice and helpful.

No alcohol available (but I guess it's Bangladesh so it's kind of normal)

The hotel itself found outstanding in-trams of their every service. It was my first visit and stayed in Golden Tulip and my satisfaction level was really more than I had expected. especially their associates were found genuine and highly professional. It made me sense their smiling from their heart. I never felt I'm away from my home. in addition, I had started my day with their awesome breakfast.

Excellent food. The menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Everything is so tasty, you cannot restrain yourself from having all of the dishes.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Everything was great at this hotel.

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Overall the place was very clean including the rooftop swimming pool & surroundings. The greenery view of Dhaka City was discovered from Golden Tulip GYM. I would stay there again with family & refer to my relatives.
