Six Seasons Hotel

My stay at ITC so far has been delightful. The staff is professional, attentive, dedicated, and ready to do whatever it takes to provide customers with the comfort they need. A few names came to mind:Rohit from the BellDeskSweety from the concierge deskPriya, Ali, and Ishendeep from the Eden Pavilion.All these staff members have contributed in their own way to make my stay pleasant and memorable. And i for that I'm grateful

Breakfast was really good although they did not have oats. Location was good Got a good view room which was quiet.

Every time doing the security when coming from outside.

This hotel has very good facilities and a wide range of amenities. More importantly the staff makes this hotel even more hospitable for their guests by providing excellent services. During our stay, miss Tuli was phenomenal in rendering exceptional service with attention to detail.

There is no bar.

The location was great

Old hotel and can't be 5 start hotel. Mostly can arrive to 2 to 3 stars hotel. Need an update for furnitures and more cleaning

Cleanliness, Food, Comfort, Amenities, location, and the calm environment of the hotel surroundings. The hospitality of Ms. Tuli, Mr. Roghu, Mr. Tanvir, Ms. Mitu, Mr. Monsur, and Mr. Islam was awesome. Especially Ms. Tuli, who upgraded our room from Deluxe to Business free of cost when she knew we were coming to celebrate our 18th anniversary, & Mr. Roghu, who served us coffee, tea, water & food during breakfast & arranged an anniversary cake to celebrate our 18th anniversary.

There was a connection problem between the TV & Internet. The connection was disconnecting every 20/25 minutes & we had to set up the internet again & again during our whole stay. Though we got instant service from the Maintenance & IT department to fix this issue.

Its was great time, very good breakfast and clean room. wonderful staff Thank you Mr.Tanvir ,Islam ,Shohag,Sagatom, Zabir and rest of all team for making it comfortable.

It was a pleasant staying in the Six Season hotel. An exceptional attention and support was offered to me from the front desk team. I would like to extend a deep appreciation and gratitude to a lady named Tuli, whose warm hospitality and assistance stood out. She, along with her colleague, provided outstanding service that made a real difference during my stay.

I love the Hotel ambiance, Location and obviously their service. It was really comfortable stay.

Loved the ambience and the staff - the breakfast was especially enjoyable thanks to Mr. Raghu.Front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming.....Looking forward to coming back!

I recently stayed at the Six Seasons Hotel in Dhaka and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well located by the river, offering a peaceful setting while still being conveniently situated within the city. I was given a corner room on a higher floor, which provided an excellent view—definitely one of the highlights of the stay.The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I’d like to especially thank Mr. Shagatom, Ms. Tuli, and Mr. Raghu for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Their professionalism made a strong impression.Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day well. I also appreciated that the hotel provides complimentary bottled water daily—an important assurance given the tap water situation in Dhaka.The hotel itself is relatively small in scale, which gives it a more intimate and personalized feel. While the interior decoration shows some signs of age, everything is clean and well maintained, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere.

One note for international travelers: the hotel uses a marked-up exchange rate for billing in local currency, which may result in paying more than expected. It’s something to be aware of when settling your bill.

It was neat, nice & clean! Everything I may need was in the right place. And especially the view from the window really awesome.

Sorry to say I have nothing to say negative about this hotel! All are positive…

The location is fantastic; in the relatively calm streets behind Gulshan’s main thoroughfares, with plenty of good restaurants nearby.Staff is extremely nice, attentive and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and very well cleaned.

Early morning check-in was made possible, this is exceptional.At check-out I was allowed to stay on 2 hours more.Staff is very polite and helpful.Front desk superb.

Great, friendly and accomodating staff. Tanvir and Mitu at reception were very professional and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Room was excellent with plenty of space and all amenities. Quiet location, but close enough to centre to facilitate meetings. Good selection of food at breakfast and options for evening meals. Great rooftop pool. Plenty of space to accommodate casual meetings in the lobby.

The gym was limited in size if busy, but at quiet times there are plenty of options and equipment for training.
